“Just want to express how thankful I am that Hillsboro has a golden chicken. I was given the incorrect to go order but the manager instantly realized her mistake and sent me a refund. I was not concerned about it because I was already given an extra piece of chicken but Cindy went above & beyond. Great customer service. ❣️“

“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“Normally when I mobile order about this time (7:00pm) I get there and not always but sometimes I’m greeted and then shoved off to the side to wait forever and it had caused me to stop going as often but tonight whoever was working window and cook were amazing! She was so nice and they were so fast that it made my past grudges disappear. I wish I had gotten their names but I didn’t so please look into who was working the shift around 7:20pm on 5-10-25 and show them some appreciation!“

The employees are better than then norm for these types of establishments and it’s clean. The cleanliness is actually fairly impressive at this location.“

“I've really enjoyed the service every time I come here... but honestly I'm just addicted to the chicken strips. Thicker chicken strips than I've gotten anywhere else, and so, so satisfying. There's a horseradish undertone to the taste of the honey mustard sauce, and it offsets the chicken strips so well... add to this that the potato wedges are also huge and delicious (try with ranch, its perfect), and it's become one of my favorite places to grab food. A friend of mine who is a trucker told me about how much he relied on Chester's as a go-to on the road and I didn't really pay attention until he took me there for lunch. I have never looked back.Also this particular one is adjoining a subway, so if you would like to pair your heavy chicken strips with a light salad, this is your opportunity to combine them.The place itself is a little dreary and dismal, but the food and the friendliness of the service tends to brighten it in my eyes. Highly recommend for a filling, addictive dash of protein and southern cooking. Love it. Give it a try.“

“For most of my visit, my friends were the only ones there. We ordered drinks, they came quickly. Then we ordered roasted garlic cheese sticks (basically garlic cheesy bread) and it got here quickly. The pizza took a little longer, but the order was correct, and fresh. We had a custom large pizza, hand tossed crust, half pepperoni and half Hawaiian (ham and pineapple) with breakfast bacon. There was only one person working the front register and also working with the kitchen staff as well. She was checking on us frequently and made sure our drinks never went empty.“
