I had a minor issue with my order and Brittany, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right. She personally hand delivered the corrected meal, gave a full refund, and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism.

That kind of customer service is rare these days, especially in fast food. Brittany didn’t just fix the problem she made me feel like a valued guest. You can tell this location takes pride in doing things right and it starts at the top.

I come here specifically for the Cobb Salad. It never misses. Always fresh, always consistent. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and they’re quick without cutting corners.

“Saw the sign on the expressway for this Sonic so I decided to stop off and grab a drink. This is well over a mile off of the expressway. I located it pulled in. It is a very small location compared to others. I placed my order. My drink came out quickly. The employee was very friendly. Overall a good experience, just not a convenient location.“

“Great food place! The food is tasty and the prices reasonable. It’s more of a pick-up food place rather than a stay-and-eat place.Their strong suit is their chicken package with 1 whole chicken, rice, charro beans, tortillas, grilled onion, and salsas all for $20. It feeds about 4 grown hungry men and it’s a good deal. It is ready in about 3 minutes.The chicken has a good flavor of being grilled over coal. The rice is decent. The charro beans have good flavor. The salsas are good but the green one is especially good.The taqueria has a wide range of food. They also have a rib package which is a bit pricier than the chicken but still good and tender. The pupusas are good and made on the spot so it has a bit of wait time. Their fresh waters are good and huge. Their tamales are good sized if a bit lacking in taste.There is ample parking and wheelchair accessible.Try this place it’s really good, with a wide selection, and reasonably priced.“

“I absolutely love Subway and the staff at lunchtime on LaSalle. Bryce, the manager, has a delightful personality that has cheered me up many times and I'm sure he doesn't know it. I was a daily customer for a little while then stopped. When I returned, he remembered me asking where I had been and how I was while making sandwiches. I got to make him laugh for a change when I said my boss said I could leave my cage for lunch again. Lmbo. Parking: Parking is shared with 2 other businesses and can be hard to find a spot during lunch as students from Baylor as well as employees from surrounding businesses eat here.“

Saw them occasionally when traveling, but without any familiarity to its offerings, I seemed to choose what I knew. Went there for the first time and was HOOKED! “My family of 5 walk in and the manager literally announced it like a bus of football players walked in. Seriously, dude. Then he acts put out the entire time he is taking our order, 2 4 for 4 meals, 1 large meal and 2 regular meals. Calm down. Everyone else was good and the food was good. Manager guy, you might need to change jobs if 5 people, 1 being almost 80, makes you panic.“
