“Stopped there last year on my way to see my sister in New Braunfels and got me some pancakes, they put some extra silverware in the bag and it was two sets of pancakes where I ate one in the car and one at my sister’s house before I went to church that Sunday in New Braunfels and I know that Saturday was busy when I came in there. “I don’t usually leave reviews but the service I received at this Chick fil A truly deserves recognition. I had a minor issue with my order and Brittany, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right. She personally hand delivered the corrected meal, gave a full refund, and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism.

That kind of customer service is rare these days, especially in fast food. Brittany didn’t just fix the problem she made me feel like a valued guest. You can tell this location takes pride in doing things right and it starts at the top.

I come here specifically for the Cobb Salad. It never misses. Always fresh, always consistent. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and they’re quick without cutting corners.

It’s more of a pick-up food place rather than a stay-and-eat place.Their strong suit is their chicken package with 1 whole chicken, rice, charro beans, tortillas, grilled onion, and salsas all for $20. It feeds about 4 grown hungry men and it’s a good deal. It is ready in about 3 minutes.The chicken has a good flavor of being grilled over coal. The rice is decent. The charro beans have good flavor. The salsas are good but the green one is especially good.The taqueria has a wide range of food. They also have a rib package which is a bit pricier than the chicken but still good and tender. The pupusas are good and made on the spot so it has a bit of wait time. Their fresh waters are good and huge. Their tamales are good sized if a bit lacking in taste.There is ample parking and wheelchair accessible.Try this place it’s really good, with a wide selection, and reasonably priced.“

I came into this location for the second time since y’all opened a year ago. The first experience a year ago was horrific. Tonight when I got off work I said “I am going to give this Subway another chance” so I stopped and am 100% satisfied x a billion w the steadfast professionalism of Terrance Bachman !! The store is a reflection of his work ethic and should be very valued by the higher ups. He has turned this store around since my last time being here. His mannerism and communication skills are impeccable and he is the reason the store shines just as good as the floors do. Absolutely spotless - he wore his gloves - he asked us how we wanted our sandwich vs telling us what we should eat ! This young man is the beacon of light here and I’m telling everybody to come to this Subway location off of 19th St in Waco, TX !! And to Terrance, you will always make your mark wherever you go, because good people know good people ! your energy is spot on and any company would be happy to have you as a part of their team !! This sonic is the peak of all fast food experiences. Quick, easy, filling, and tasty—all boxes are checked and knocked out of the park and body slammed by Helen Keller.
Hesitantly, we pulled up to a sonic parking space. Super big huge ptsd hits me. Last time I was in this position I had the worst experience of my life. I flinch like an abused dog.
I pressed the red button. I hear a voice in the distance asking me what I would like. Oh no. I kinda like chicken I guess. Boom I say chicken sammy and dude says okay. I’ve made it this far, I’ve gotta go all in.
I get a dirty Dr Pepper and tots and a shake and stuff and I go outside of the car.
I feel a tingling go through my body like no other. I see games for kids like me. Holy crap. I sprint to twister. I twist the crap outta myself but I rock it. I win a game of bags. This is going great. I see jenga and turn to play before…
Oh man—the food. Oh the food. It was almost as good as Culver’s. Warm and juicy. It was tasty as flip. A Dr Pepper that was actually dirty, tots and fries and chicken and mozzerella sticks, it’s all there besides… the sauce. My heart sinks. It is as if someone tore my heart right out of my chest. How do I eat a chicken sammy without ranch? It is a crime.

Then I see it. Oh boy, do I see him. Our knight in shining denim. In all of his glory. He had his own spectacular aura around him that shown he would be our savior. Who could I count on other than Jake.
Jake was a special guy. And holy crap did this redeem the great sonic name and more. He brought us our missing packets. Our packets of gold straight from the kitchen. He handed them down with the special touch that could only come from that of an angel. Jake had a smile of warmth and one of a kind swagger. He knew his worth. He knew dang well he was straight from heaven.
Jake left a feeling in my heart nobody could fill. He deserves every cent he earns and more. I could not be where I am without Jake. He brought us those dang packets. He deserves a raise, recognition, and screw it. He deserves a restaurant named after him. I better see his name up there next time I come by. See you next time Jake Sonic.

If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. I am forever changed by this meal and the actions of my fellow Americans. God I love this country.

“I absolutely love Subway and the staff at lunchtime on LaSalle. Bryce, the manager, has a delightful personality that has cheered me up many times and I'm sure he doesn't know it. I was a daily customer for a little while then stopped. When I returned, he remembered me asking where I had been and how I was while making sandwiches. I got to make him laugh for a change when I said my boss said I could leave my cage for lunch again. Lmbo. Thanks Bryce for brightening my days this past year...it's been a hard one for me but when I got to get subway for lunch, you made it a little better.

Parking: Parking is shared with 2 other businesses and can be hard to find a spot during lunch as students from Baylor as well as employees from surrounding businesses eat here.“

We ordered the half chicken & tacos & first bite we were hooked! The tortillas are fresh made by hand there & the salsa is amazing! The menu is extensive and has something for everyone even kids. I read a review that service is bad & I 100% DISAGREE with that. The lady that helped us was kind and welcoming. Kindness reciprocates kindness. Will be back next time we are in town.“

He and the staff at Pizza Hut near Baylor University are outstanding in their professionalism, attention to details, and making sure the customers have a positive experience from their visit to this strategically placed restaurant along I-35 in Waco.“

The building is new, but small. There are double drive thru lanes. Self serve drinks are better here as the machines work well.“
