“Stopped there last year on my way to see my sister in New Braunfels and got me some pancakes, they put some extra silverware in the bag and it was two sets of pancakes where I ate one in the car and one at my sister’s house before I went to church that Sunday in New Braunfels and I know that Saturday was busy when I came in there. Thank God my stuff came out and I was too grateful.”

We actually had a small medical issue with our son and the owner was so helpful, wise, and kind. The food was really good but the people there are even better. 5 stars all the way. Thank you. “In my family we love some peanut butter cookies! I was traveling through Waco and got a phone call letting me know peanut butter was a cookie this week and begging me to stop. So, we placed an order on the app, I pulled up and went inside and they had it all ready to go for me! The staff were super friendly, smiling, and helping other customers. “Our waitress, Felice, was amazing. She recommended us different wines that suited our palate and our glasses of the different wines were delightful. We created our own board (3 for $25) with Mahon cheese, jamon, canned mackerel, and salchichon. The board came with pickled onions, pickles, nuts, mustard, and some preserves. We also ordered the duck breast which came with a black currant wine glaze and the meatballs appetizer. Everything was delicious from the wine choices to the food. Service was great.

We ended our meal with Abuela’s Tarte and it was perfect!”

“These are the most amazing tacos I have had. I left Northwest Arkansas and came down to Austin and had many tacos, from many spots along the way. These were the best! We drove over an hour the next day back to the Taqueria for some more!! Must try, if you haven't. The watermelon agua fresca was amazing as well.
