“This is one of my favorite coffee shops. My husband always gets a specialty brew, but I opt for cafe au lait--perfect combination of coffee and milk. The only drawback is that the place is so popular that parking and seating can be a challenge. We always find places to park and sit, but I'm afraid that someday I may have to opt for take-out.

I appreciated her going that extra mile to do the right thing. We have been to The Brown House Cafe several times over the summer and really enjoy the great service and excellent food. It’s worth the drive from Gatesville for some good home cooking. Thanks, Margaret!”

“This place was like 5 minutes outside of waco on hwy 6, right off the highway. I love when you stop at a random place and get amazing food. The breakfast burrito was delicious and so was the green sauce. Mexican coke to wash it down. Definitely would recommend.”
