“1 - Excellent food…fried pickles appetizer gone in 60 seconds; burgers were awesome; tater tots add beyond yummy…and stay crispy enough for next day breakfast ( because they give you a portion that you WILL have another meal) 2 - Speedy, friendly customer service…very attentive staff….we tipped well over the standard 20% because it was so good! 3 - beautiful, lively atmosphere…air coolers for outdoor eating, which we chose despite the heat/humidity Most importantly, I was an out of tower and this was my last meal with local family before flying out the next morning. Dumb a** me left my wallet at the restaurant and didn’t realize until getting ready to leave for the airport at 0830. We stopped by the restaurant to see if it was still in the outdoor eating area…nope. Luckily, ran into the contractor doing some work…he called the owner, the owner confirmed it was in the office safe. After hearing I needed to make the AM flight to DFW for connection to home, he dispatched an employee to go in on a planned closed day to get my wallet. This kindness allowed me to make my flight…what he didn’t know is this act of kindness was critical because I had a new job in-person interview scheduled for the next day. Forever grateful. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much! Tells a lot about the culture and dedication to customers. Keep up the awesome work…I will be back. Promise to keep better accountability of my wallet!”

“I got delivery, hot honey pizza was recommended from Ritchie was fantastic, then I got a cheese and steak, had mushrooms on it gross, I talked to Katie and she had an actual steak and cheese delivered promptly, the delivery drivers were fantastic, very reasonable priced overall I would recommend, as a well travel person from New England to Oregon. Customer service was the best I have had in Texas in the three months I have been here. Thank you to the team. They should all be commended and rewarded for their customer service. I'm only here to settle my mother estate. So if I do order pizza again while I'm here believe me you I'll be back like the Terminator.”
