Dumb a** me left my wallet at the restaurant and didn’t realize until getting ready to leave for the airport at 0830. We stopped by the restaurant to see if it was still in the outdoor eating area…nope. Luckily, ran into the contractor doing some work…he called the owner, the owner confirmed it was in the office safe. After hearing I needed to make the AM flight to DFW for connection to home, he dispatched an employee to go in on a planned closed day to get my wallet. This kindness allowed me to make my flight…what he didn’t know is this act of kindness was critical because I had a new job in-person interview scheduled for the next day. Forever grateful. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much! Tells a lot about the culture and dedication to customers. Keep up the awesome work…I will be back. Promise to keep better accountability of my wallet!“

“This is one of my favorite coffee shops. My husband always gets a specialty brew, but I opt for cafe au lait--perfect combination of coffee and milk. The only drawback is that the place is so popular that parking and seating can be a challenge. We always find places to park and sit, but I'm afraid that someday I may have to opt for take-out.

“Bru Artisan Coffee Works has a wonderful atmosphere and truly outstanding service. The staff were phenomenal, and we loved the openness and feel of the new location — it’s a welcoming, thoughtfully designed space.

The coffee wasn’t quite to my personal taste this visit, but that’s likely just preference and not a reflection of quality. I really appreciate that they roast their own coffee, and I’d absolutely recommend trying them out. I would definitely give them another visit.“

“I have never liked coffee until I started drinking the White Chocolate Mocha at 7 Brew in Bellmead. Now, I love the one coffee. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I enjoy talking to them each visit, which is nearly every morning. Kudos to a great team!!! 😀
I do have one complaint for management or owners. If it’s raining or bad weather, don’t make the staff stand out in the rain the entire time. I could possibly understand long enough to take an order, if it’s backed up, but to just stand in the bad weather is ridiculous. Please take care of these sweet employees.“
