The servers are obviously acknowledgeable in their coffee experience and skill, with spot-on recommendations. The Kenyon pour over is amazing, and the Ethiopian espresso is amazing. Solid specialty coffees and rotating blends are consistently excellent. The service is prompt and courteous, and the atmosphere is truly amazing, with different seating areas including a roof patio. The lattes are consistently excellent, and the seasonal offerings are always thoughtfully done. The Apex-roasted coffee beans are a staple. It was a very lovely experience. The location in Waco is convenient to downtown, farmers market, and lots of interesting shops. Dichotomy has the vibes, the quality, and the kind of service that makes a place memorable. It is a weekly treat and well worth a visit.
