It is a self-service, casual dining restaurant. You go through a line to order, and you go to the counter to pick up your tray of food when it is ready. Not bad, but just not very special. However... Their Taco Tuesday is a fantastic deal, and I go every chance I get. Sometimes for lunch, and sometimes for dinner. They make their own tortillas, and I love them. They have butter and honey to spread on a fresh, hot tortilla, and I love that, too! Best of all, they have a pico/salsa bar where you can get all of the pico, jalapenos (pickled or fresh), salsa (mild, medium, and hot), cilantro, limes, etc. that you care to put on your tacos/food. I live for Tuesdays!“

“Nico was very friendly. He was unsure of how to do the survey redemption, so he got Tyrion to help. Tyrion has waited on me before, and always remembers me. He showed Nico what to do, and he took my order very quickly. My order came up shortly after having filled up my drink. Very quick and efficient. Food was warm, fresh, and delicious.“

“I just happen upon this coffee shop mid trip to Austin, and it’s the best! The coffee is delicious the sweet treats are so fun, but the best part are the employees. They were so friendly and welcoming. I’m definitely coming back on my next trip to Waco.“

“We just ate at Segovia Wine & Tapas Bar, and everything was delicious. The tapas were excellent, and both the sparkling rosé and Pinot Noir paired perfectly with our meal. The atmosphere is relaxed and stylish, with a trendy Old World feel that reflects the family’s roots in Segovia, Spain. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!“

“Moroso Italian delivers truly authentic Italian cuisine. Had the Margherita pizza and it was amazing. Moroso does a great job with authentic Italian food, and their Neapolitan style pizza is some of the best I’ve had. The crust was light and flavorful, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything came together perfectly. Great atmosphere and great food. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Spent 80 dollars eating crawfish. The crawfish was cooked to perfection as always. Only problem we had was we got about half crawfish the other half nothing but claws. They need to strain out those baskets good before adding more crawfish. Lots of small crawfish too. Not eating size. Other than that everything was good.“

I enjoyed their IPA options. My friend group and I liked sitting outside together at a long table and trying their beers.

Street parking available. Clean bathrooms. It did seem the indoor area might get hot in the summer so I felt this is more of an outdoor venue.“

“I order dozens of Rudy’s breakfast tacos throughout the year for company events and every time my order is perfect and always ready when I arrive at the store. This week I ordered 3 dozen the day before for an early morning pickup but due to an emergency I was unable to pick them up. Holly at the Waco store called and left voicemail checking to see if I was ok first and wanted to see if I was going to be able to pick up my order. I called Holly the next morning to explain the situation and the first thing that she said was I hope you are ok. She offered a full refund . Besides having great food, Rudy’s employees great people with great character that you don’t see much anymore. Thank you Holly and Rudy’s for your kind service.“

“Bru Artisan Coffee Works has a wonderful atmosphere and truly outstanding service. The staff were phenomenal, and we loved the openness and feel of the new location — it’s a welcoming, thoughtfully designed space.

The coffee wasn’t quite to my personal taste this visit, but that’s likely just preference and not a reflection of quality. I really appreciate that they roast their own coffee, and I’d absolutely recommend trying them out. I would definitely give them another visit.“
