“This is a hidden gem in Salado TX. We enjoy the atmosphere, the beer & wine, but their Sangria and Rose Slushies are the bomb. Last night around 630 pm the kitchen was very slow. I noticed two cooks. The two female cashiers were going back and forth about one of them clocking out and one clocking in while in front of a long line of customers. It was pretty sad to see there was no effort to work together but rather ignore each other's requests for assistance. That was a new instance and hopefully not the norm. But the cashier waited patiently to leave while the other girl took her sweet time taking over the cashier. She mentioned she had worked since 8 am and was owed an hr break. Not sure. Just wanted to let management know. The bartenders side seemed to be fine and handled a rush well. 💪🏽“

“My guy and I stumbled across this place after hanging out at the Railroad Museum. Fell in love instantly! We sat at the bar. The layout was comfortable, the ordering system (computer) was unique to us but I loved the way we could choose, back up and go forward in all the areas. (Also, we didn't need our cheaters!) The food was delicious! My mushroom burger made me swoon! The grilled corn was out of this world and I am going to try later today to see if I can even come close! The fried green tomatoes were a hit and my guy really liked the polish sausage(?) with the chili topping. The beer was great! We settled on the IPA with the word grackle in it - sorry can't remember it exactly. We were so impressed (we were visiting from New England) that we went back the next day to watch the Patriots game and were surrounded by football fans that were fun to talk with and we stayed for a Dallas game afterwards. LOVED EVERY MINUTE WE WERE THERE! The bartender (s) were fun and easy to talk to. We tipped them well!“

We're ordered pizza with New York crust, wings and a side salad. They hand you a bottle of homemade Ranch which was delicious! The pizza was great. The wings were average size and they were really good as well. Cooked to a perfect, slight crunch that didn't fade with the sauce. (I hate under done fatty wings) We got a complimentary bottle of ranch which we can bring back and have refilled for a mere $6. That was awesome! The ranch was really delicious. There's a million TVs so you're sure to find your sport. If I was going to complain about anything at all it would be that the beer glasses aren't made of glass. I really prefer my bear in real glass. But that won't stop me from coming back for sure!“
