“Never been to Texas and I visited with my family recently and had a young lady as my server named Alyx. She went absolutely above and beyond even though my husband was being extremely picky and the kids were were being loud. She made our experience memorable and I really hope to have her again when we visit. I will definitely be requesting her!“

“Best burger in Williamson County by far. It’s the burger that all other burgers will have to try and beat. Totally worth the price. The burger was very fresh and hot but didn’t fall apart when I was eating it. Bacon was crispy and the pickles were nice and tart. Not gross sweet pickles. Staff is incredible and super friendly. Just the right amount of customer service. Very attentive but not too pushy or annoying. For sure going to become a weekly customer.“

“The best way to celebrate America's 250th anniversary in this charming small town cottage.

Everyone, including older ladies, were clothed in their best Love America outfits. The charm charm of small town America.

Atmosphere: a beautiful cottage decorated with assorted Americana decorations. Loved it. See pics.

Food: I ordered a quiche Lorraine (the last one) with fresh fruits (I wished there was more variety, like with berries). The quiche was wonderful and tasty just the way I like. It was obviously made from scratch, the custard very eggy and had nice bacon flavor.

Feeling guilty, - im not supposed to eat sweets - I ordered an additional scone (see pic) with lemon curd. The scone was huge. The flavor was nice and crudty on the putdide but unfortunately, the inside was a little goowie (undercooked). The lemon curd was a tart & smooth addition.

Service: I was helped by a bunch of young - Aaron - but very professional servers.

Overall: a very good impression. I will certainly come back, maybe next year for the 251st Anniversay.

“Meet the owner by accident randomly at a gas station and he was telling me to come by and try it… so we went for the first time today and got the burrito, birria tacos, quesadillas and loaded fries! 100/10 recommend! “I was going based off other reviews. I stopped by Saturday and got the french vanilla breve. It was very good. The medium size cup is large compared to other places which is super awesome. The cost is what made me even more happy because it was less than other competitors. Will be back to try the other items.“

“I went here for the first time this past Saturday when visiting my daughter for parents weekend. I had the best lemon pepper chicken wings I have ever had! The pizza slice was huge and delicious. Even better we had the most attentive and helpful waitress ever…I believe her name was Bella. She was the best!“

“I just want to give a huge shout out to The Yard milkshake bar in Georgetown. I ordered a big ol ice cream and I didn’t read the description correctly. It was on a slide show so I tried to read it like 3 times to make sure. Well I didn’t like it. I was just going to just throw it away and not say anything but the manager came by and asked how come I didn’t eat it and I told her. Well she ended up bringing me a whole other type of ice cream that I actually liked to make sure I had a good experience there! That’s what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! “Earlier this week, I was having an absolutely terrible morning. I hadn’t been to Tropical Smoothie in a long time since we usually order delivery, but for some reason I decided to stop in person that day. Of course, with my luck, I accidentally dropped my smoothie and it went everywhere across the floor.

I was completely embarrassed, but I believe it was the manager who immediately came running over to help me. He was incredibly kind, smiling the entire time, and his positive attitude was honestly contagious. I walked in feeling stressed and left feeling happy, despite the spill.

My son even teased me afterward for dropping my drink, but I told him we definitely need to start going back in person because the customer service there was exceptional. I’ve honestly never been treated with that much kindness after spilling a drink (It's usually my youngest spilling a drink).

If you're ever having a bad day, I do recommend stopping in so they have the opportunity to turn your day around too. This location deserves an A+ for customer service.“

“This was my second time coming here. I got the number 3 combo. My opinion is that the tenders by itself is the best along with the Dave’s sauce verses the sliders, and I love the vanilla shake. The fries and Mac and cheese are decent. The customer service was great both times I went. Not a place I’d visit often but every once in a while most def! Also, the first time I went through the drive through it was a bit long, but it didn’t bother me at all.“

“I usually had no problems with this Starbucks. They are always very nice and quality of coffee and food is always fresh. I wish though that they would have individual brewed cups if you want a specific brew. I love the blonde roast but only Veranda. I am not a Sunsera fan. It’s a way different flavor profile. Please take this suggestion into consideration and if there is any way to brew them individually but I understand not every Starbucks can do this.“

“We got to try Simmer Down Cafe for the first time the other night! I was surprised that there were almost no customers on a Saturday at dinner time. It seems like a pretty cool hangout spot, so maybe it gets busier later in the evening. There's a bar, a patio with seating and a pool table, a little lounge area with couches, and even a few slot machines. The food was basic but not bad, and our waiter was friendly. It's great that they have breakfast options available all day! There were two gentlemen working the whole dining room, so hopefully other staff showed up later. There was nobody behind the bar, and I did overhear one of the gentlemen say that all the bartenders were fired, but maybe he was referring to somewhere else. It's nice to see staff still in good spirits and working hard even with just two of them!“

“This was my 2nd time eating at Five Guys. The first time was years ago in a totally different city. But as far as this particular location (Georgetown) I will say the customer service was stellar. My order was shy of $20 and that was just for a plain and dry Grilled cheese with a patty and a large Cajun fry. Don't judge me, I'm really plain and simple when it comes to burgers. I honestly hated the fries and threw them into the disposal. They did give me a lot of fries and I mean alot. I got what I paid for with the fries. The fries were overly seasoned and a tad bit spicy. I just couldn't find a liking to them. The burger was good but not worth the amount that I paid. The burger was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I will not ever eat at another Five Guys again simply because I can make my own food (I was just being lazy today) or I can go elsewhere and get the full benefit of the amount I paid. Again, the customer service was good and everyone seemed nice. The manger was doing an interview I believe when I was there but he took time to acknowledge my presence. Oh, the restaurant was pretty clean. I did end up waiting about 5 mins for my order since they were waiting on the fries to be completed. I had placed this order to go via online, so I'm glad I didn't wait long at all.“
