“Never been to Texas and I visited with my family recently and had a young lady as my server named Alyx. She went absolutely above and beyond even though my husband was being extremely picky and the kids were were being loud. She made our experience memorable and I really hope to have her again when we visit. I will definitely be requesting her!“

“Best burger in Williamson County by far. It’s the burger that all other burgers will have to try and beat. Totally worth the price. The burger was very fresh and hot but didn’t fall apart when I was eating it. Bacon was crispy and the pickles were nice and tart. Not gross sweet pickles. Staff is incredible and super friendly. Just the right amount of customer service. Very attentive but not too pushy or annoying. For sure going to become a weekly customer.“

“The first bite of my sandwich and I felt shivers down my spine. The portobello goat cheese hot sandwich was divine, the fresh house salad with the lemon vinaigrette was refreshing, and the cortado was well brewed and the foam was well done. My best friend had the same sandwich with the soup of the day, vegetable and chickpea, and she said it was good and savory. Nick, our server, was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere is homey and fun with lemonade stand summer vibes. If I still lived in the area, I’d come here often to try the rest of the food on the menu!“

“Meet the owner by accident randomly at a gas station and he was telling me to come by and try it… so we went for the first time today and got the burrito, birria tacos, quesadillas and loaded fries! 100/10 recommend! “So far I've only used the drive-thru but I've been greeted very well there. Everyone has been super friendly and I've only been teased a little bit for bringing my own cup with another company's logo on it. They seem to be truly happy to have my business and I find that extremely refreshing. Oh, and my drinks are always made perfectly and taste great! Glad they've come to town!“

“My husband and I went here for lunch today. All the staff was very courteous and our waitress, Maggie, was just wonderful and very informative on the the food and answered other questions we asked. And the smoothie was so delicious. They don't let you feel uncomfortable because of my appearance. I walked out feeling like a humble spoiled child. I really loved their service. Very good business ethics and very clean place.

“We drive an hour to eat and we’re told it would be a 45 minute wait and then when that time came they would be closing and turned away. There were 8 at least empty tables. We come there a lot and disappointed. We even told hostess we drove an hr.“

“I just want to give a huge shout out to The Yard milkshake bar in Georgetown. I ordered a big ol ice cream and I didn’t read the description correctly. It was on a slide show so I tried to read it like 3 times to make sure. Well I didn’t like it. I was just going to just throw it away and not say anything but the manager came by and asked how come I didn’t eat it and I told her. Well she ended up bringing me a whole other type of ice cream that I actually liked to make sure I had a good experience there! That’s what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! “Hands down best pizza in Georgetown! the salads are good and burgers are delicious. Not a big floor but we dance anyway. I've had countless good times here. Wes is an amazing bar manager. have never seen a bar manager do so much so effortlessly and efficiently. I do wish the owner would keep it a little cooler in there.The pizza oven can keep the place too warm especially in summer. Roots being in a historic building, he should do something about the efficiency of the AC. Nevertheless it's my favorite hangout in Gtown.“

“I usually had no problems with this Starbucks. They are always very nice and quality of coffee and food is always fresh. I wish though that they would have individual brewed cups if you want a specific brew. I love the blonde roast but only Veranda. I am not a Sunsera fan. It’s a way different flavor profile. Please take this suggestion into consideration and if there is any way to brew them individually but I understand not every Starbucks can do this.“

“Finally got to the cute restaurant across the street, and I was not disappointed. I ordered the two-egg (over-medium) breakfast with bacon, hash browns, and rye toast, with a little side of sausage gravy (I like it on the hash browns).
EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection, served timely, hot, and delicious.
Hunter, our server, was awesome: attentive, articulate, amiable, all top notch A+!

Thank you for being so kind and helpful!I ordered my drinks to the wrong Georgetown Starbucks… I just went running and woke up at 5am before work today so I was a little winded and out of it… the barista made my drinks within 5 mins and told me not to worry about it. Wish I had cash on me to tip her. Give her a raise! She was so kind and so swift!! She was juggling customers walking into stores, the drive thru and mobile orders.“

“This was my 2nd time eating at Five Guys. The first time was years ago in a totally different city. But as far as this particular location (Georgetown) I will say the customer service was stellar. My order was shy of $20 and that was just for a plain and dry Grilled cheese with a patty and a large Cajun fry. Don't judge me, I'm really plain and simple when it comes to burgers. I honestly hated the fries and threw them into the disposal. They did give me a lot of fries and I mean alot. I got what I paid for with the fries. The fries were overly seasoned and a tad bit spicy. I just couldn't find a liking to them. The burger was good but not worth the amount that I paid. The burger was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I will not ever eat at another Five Guys again simply because I can make my own food (I was just being lazy today) or I can go elsewhere and get the full benefit of the amount I paid. Again, the customer service was good and everyone seemed nice. The manger was doing an interview I believe when I was there but he took time to acknowledge my presence. Oh, the restaurant was pretty clean. I did end up waiting about 5 mins for my order since they were waiting on the fries to be completed. I had placed this order to go via online, so I'm glad I didn't wait long at all.“

“Fantastic royale cheesecake blizzard and chicken tenders. Cashier knew a little Spanish, enough to communicate with my bf's family and even got up to get us water cups with ice after we ordered! There's a corner booth that fits up to 6 people, perfect for us since we always have to pull up an extra chair. Overall a friendly place and a cozy vibe. All the tables are clean and organized, too!“
