“I went here for a business meeting on a Friday morning. The place was packed but I was able to find a seat and have a good meeting. Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I ordered my mocha extra hot. By the time I got it it was not, but was still an amazingly well made drink.“

“This is one of the largest Starbucks around that I know of. I always received good customer service, and never crowded.“

“The barista today working the mobile orders early am made my day! She motivated me to be more nice at work ?. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!I ordered my drinks to the wrong Georgetown Starbucks… I just went running and woke up at 5am before work today so I was a little winded and out of it… the barista made my drinks within 5 mins and told me not to worry about it. Wish I had cash on me to tip her. Give her a raise! She was so kind and so swift!! She was juggling customers walking into stores, the drive thru and mobile orders.“

“Good coffee and I love the muffin tops. Staff is very friendly and positive. Having said that, 50% of the time, they have been reasonably busy, and my order was ready when promised. The other 50% they have been crazy busy, and my order was almost 15 minute's late. Ordering ahead on the app doesn't matter. I avoid it on weekend mornings.“

“My wife & I went mid afternoon this past week for the hot mocha coffee. The menu board was easy to read, the waitress at the window was friendly, open for talk while our order was being prepared. And the coffee was very good! Highly recommended!“

“I think the only bad thing about this location is the location itself. It can be hard to get to the parking lot but that isnt really the fault if the business.They have great baristas and it is a good place to get work done. They also made my drink correctly on the first try (i can be a little picky ?). I definitely found my secondary work spot!“

“This place is pretty good and they usually do get orders out in a timely manner, but my only complaint is that it's dirty. The first thing you see as you go in is their very dirty door and front windows. All of the clear surfaces inside, such as the cookie display case, are all covered in fingerprints/smudges and I've never seen them wipe down any tables or anything. I love me some boba, so I do go at least once or twice a week, I just wish they'd wipe things down more often and maybe sweep and mop the front area. I can't help but think if the front is like this, what does the back look like where they make our treats??“

“This place is awesome! The vibe is incredible. From the ambient music to the decorations to the old cartoons on the tv, it’s an awesome experience. I will come back for that alone. And then there’s the coffee. I got an iced vanilla sweet crème latte. So delicious. Easily want to order other drinks and try the variety that they have. I loved it. The food was delicious. The only complaint I could make about the visit at all was the food wasn’t all the same temperature. However, we ordered four things all at once and they only had two people on staff that I could see. I’m sure the food would have been warmer had we not ordered so much and it tasted incredible. Highly recommend this spot. So delicious and the best vibes in Georgetown!“
