“Pretty solid standard donut shop. The croissants for the kolaches are great. The sausage is good sausage. I didn’t enjoy the sandwich as much but the apple fritters were on par with any good apple fritter! You come to this place to get exactly what you’re looking to get, and they do it well.“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks since the day it opened! The best Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff is always upbeat, motivated and have the BEST customer service! They know me by name here, they all know my drink, and they all treat me like family. I love each and every Barista that I have ever encountered here! Patience is an AMAZING manager and it shows through his team. They are really so good to me here! Thank you all so much for such great customer service and for making me feel so special every day! You really don’t understand how seeing y’all first thing in the morning really uplifts the rest of my day! Love you all ♥️🥰“

“This is the second time I visited Dutch bros and I am so impressed with their customer service! My only complaint is I wish they provided you with a menu when you place your order because I had to frantically pull up the menu on my phone when she took my order and I forgot to say I wanted my drink a quarter sweet. They remade my drink which was super nice and they weren’t snarky about it. The friendliness both times I visited is on another level and their customer service is soooo good! Def will be back to support this business.“

“Fantastic coffee with a wonderful staff! Starbucks got nothin' on them. The coffee is great and the staff are the perfect perk up for your morning commute.
Update: my husband and I come by every weekend for our usual orders. The staff are still very pleasant, they remember our orders, and are always on top of it. Will always highly recommend.“

“I ordered online in the line because it was long. Lacy was quick to make my drink had it out in 5 minutes. Lacy was the only employee who was doing everything taking orders, making drinks, food items with a positive attitude. Lacy explained how she was the only worker and she was doing her best she could. Find a policy or crew who don’t call out to put stress on the other employees and long wait time. The other crew member was hardly to be seen. The store is dirty and needs someone to step aside and clean it. No water to drink, straw wrappers all over the counter, paper towels soaking up a coffee spill. Guests were waiting 5-10 minutes in line. Give Lacy help don’t let a good employee struggle by herself. She needed support this day. 1/29/2024 2:45 pm.After letting Lacy know I found the lobby dirty she spent time cleaning it up. Huge shout out to Lacy!“

“The cortadito and the colada are out of this world! It is the first time we visit and it sure exceeds our expectations! We will come back for more! Thank you for such great service!!!“
“Girl at counter was nice and helped a person who knew not what she was ordering for another person! Lol. Washed cups purchased before using them!! I don’t like going into a place for anything right now with Covid but promised someone I would set it for them. Not a bad place to do so!“
