Great service always. Staff is always friendly and very quick. One of the employees, Kai (maybe misspelled) remembers me and it's always a nice experience. If I didn't come almost daily, I'd come more!
The workers of the round rock location are outstandingly fast and efficient. Supper sweet. I’ve been going almost everyday for over a year. The drinks and the workers are the reason I come !!!! Shout out to KY. He is amazing , nice , and a great person to talk

Tea is delicious and workers are kind. I really appreciate that you can modify the sweetness of the drinks. However, the music is so loud you can’t hear when they call you - it definitely caught me off guard to have EDM playing at a tea house haha. Main reason I wouldn’t go back is that it took 20+ minutes to get my one tea drink, and there was too much ice / not enough drink.
