They have sauces: Spicy Chili, Garlic Yogurt, and Spicy Cilantro. We tried them all. That chili really does give it a kick! If you're wanting something light for flavor, choose the garlic yogurt. “We are regular customers, and they charged us 20% service for 2 additional family members. We were told it was because people come in and order water and share 2 meals. This day there were 8 family members I brought to eat there from out of town. My bill was 96.00. We have always paid for each meal and no sharing. Our bill is always for 3 or 4 $55 or more. I was shocked to see they added an additional 16.00 tip. I know both owners and I mentioned it to him for a credit back but never mind. We won't go back. Feel we were not treated like a regular, but like some cheap person that splits 2 meals drinks water and does not tip. We are none of those people. There's this underlying, gentle umami-sweetness in the rich, savory broth that's more notable here than any other place I've had phơ, and I'm really loving it. I had hot jasmine tea, which is always wonderful. We both really enjoyed the Vietnamese egg rolls, as well - hot, perfectly crispy, and delicious with their fish sauce. My friend also had the broth-poached egg. I can't personally speak to this, because I prefer hard cooked eggs, but my friend took a breath, closed his eyes, and exhaled like he'd had a spiritual journey after eating it. 🤣 That broth really is the key, I think. We also both had taro milk tea, which was delicious. We got some lemongrass pork vermicelli to go, to bring to my mother, who was busy and couldn't come out with us, and she said it was different than the grilled pork vermicelli she usually orders at Vietnamese restaurants, but that it was uniquely tasty for her. Everyone working in here is very sweet. We did wait a little while for the check, but we were not in a hurry and were talking, and they brought it immediately when we asked. They are quick to clear and wipe down tables and the place is very clean. This was a thoroughly enjoyable meal and experience, and we'll certainly be back!”
