The food was amazing, we were surprised with the variety of dishes, we couldn't stop eating, we didn't eat nothing else the rest of the day, it was a wonderful recommendation by Mateo, he was our server a week ago at a Mexican restaurant and then he went above and beyond again, he was hosting, but he brought our drinks because our server was busy. The burger was fresh, but it didn't really stand out from other places, and the fries weren't what I expected. The service was good, and the food came out quickly. I'm glad I tried it, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back. That said, I'd still recommend trying it once and seeing what you think.”

The background music, reminiscent of elevator tunes, further contributed to this sterile vibe. With a few adjustments in aesthetics and sound, the environment could significantly enhance the dining experience. Entree: • Bulgogi Kimbap: 10/10 • Spicy Pork Pocket: 10/10 • Bacon Kimchi Pocket: 10/10 • Miso Soup: 7/10 The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the entrees, which were nothing short of exceptional. “Delicious! We went to Germany last Fall, and had a hankering for Doner. Lo and behold, there was this place just around the corner from our stay! We both ordered the lamb and beef for our protein, of course! My SO had the plate, and I, the box. Ate mine as a salad and enjoyed every bite with my add-on olives. They have sauces: Spicy Chili, Garlic Yogurt, and Spicy Cilantro. We tried them all. That chili really does give it a kick! If you're wanting something light for flavor, choose the garlic yogurt. Want something in between with a little bite? Go with my favorite, the Spicy cilantro!”

“Finally got to try Yammy’s Food Truck and overall it definitely hit the spot for Filipino comfort food. The lechon was easily the star of the meal — crispy skin, flavorful meat, and paired perfectly with rice and sauce. Probably one of the better lechon plates I’ve had from a food truck. The sisig plate was also solid with good flavor and a nice kick from the peppers and onions.
The empanadas were good too — crispy, packed with filling, and seasoned well. Would definitely order them again. The lumpia was classic and crunchy. Halo-halo was decent and refreshing for the Texas heat, but I think it could use a little more ingredients and texture variety to really stand out.
Only thing I was confused about was why the empanadas and halo-halo weren’t available until after 2 PM. Those are some of the items people look forward to most, especially in the afternoon heat. Still, the food, portions, and Filipino flavors made it worth the stop. Definitely coming back for the lechon alone.”

I was shocked to see they added an additional 16.00 tip. I know both owners and I mentioned it to him for a credit back but never mind. We won't go back. Feel we were not treated like a regular, but like some cheap person that splits 2 meals drinks water and does not tip. We are none of those people. Pretty sad not going there anymore over a service fee”

Very disappointed in our experience. The brisket was clearly not at temperature, and instead of addressing the concern professionally, the manager or serving lead, touched the meat on our plate with his bare fingers, questioned how long it had been sitting there, and then asked who had served us.
Rudy’s has always been one of our go-to recommendations when friends asked where to find great BBQ. We have always considered their food and service top notch, which made this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the handling of the situation has really changed that perception.”

The food was soooooooo good! The PBSC omelette was delicious and they had gluten free pancakes which are a little tough to find. I was so impressed!!!!”

My only complaint is I wish they provided you with a menu when you place your order because I had to frantically pull up the menu on my phone when she took my order and I forgot to say I wanted my drink a quarter sweet. They remade my drink which was super nice and they weren’t snarky about it. The friendliness both times I visited is on another level and their customer service is soooo good!
