“Wow. Amazing. Tortillas are handmade, and they make them only when you order and you can definitely tell. Birria is done right. A surprise was Carne Asada Fries. I didn't expect to find waffle fries at a Mexican place. Even more surprising was that these are the best waffle fries I've ever had in my life. And it's not even close.

10 stars out of 5. This place needs to be protected at all costs, a historical marker that defines what Mexican food should be, the standard for all culinary establishments.”

“Three of us visited today for lunch. The waitress was amazing! Very kind and helpful. We had fried oysters, poutine, seafood gumbo, shrimp po’boy and bread pudding. Everything was amazing down to the fresh homemade fries and chunky blue cheese dressing. I had to take my bread pudding home as I was happily too full to finish. This place is a jewel for Manor. We’ll be back!”

“While on phone date with my husband, tried this place and it was SO GOOD! Tried their Fajita Plate (as suggested by my husband), and person taking my order said they had aguas frescas... tried their jamaica (hibiscus). The fajitas reminded me of the food my dad made when we lived in S Texas as kids, that good! The beans were delicious and so was the rice. The green sauce spicy, but also good. Friendly service, and what also caught my attention was the beautiful plants near the food truck which gives it a friendly and beautiful touch. The only thing that I would have liked was that there would have been prices on menu. Definitely would go back, and try some of their other items. (Btw, had stopped somewhere else a few minutes before and decided to go here instead, so glad we did.) My husband will be jealous when he sees what I ate without him.”

“The meat on their burgers are paper thin & crumbly fall apart , fries were cold, asked for no onions , when I got the burger it was full of onions , I told waitress, she took my plate & told them in the kitchen to take off the onions , it still had onion taste on it , what they should have done was made a new burger , I will not be going back , I've been there like 4 times and not satisfied with their food”

“Been here a few times now so I can confidently give them 5 stars. Not only can you expect top notch service (if anything is off, they will immediately take care of it) they are also constantly creating one of a kind, delicious fusion creations that somehow manage to be more delicious than the last. My favorite item used to be the bihari burger (which is still great) but now the hot chic aka chicken patakha burger has taken the crown! Delicious sauce and flavors. Almost forgot about the Zinger burger! Also my favorite depending on the mood lol. Add some Cajun crab fries on the side and we good boii!”

“I ordered 18 cake balls (Oreo and Nutella) for my son’s birthday. Although I live out of town, they did not hesitate to take the order, with one day’s turn around, and arrange for an easy pickup. I cannot say enough about T’s Cakes & More, not to mention by all accounts the cake balls were delicious!! Thank you, thank you for helping me to celebrate my son’s birthday from 400 mikes away. 😃💝😋”

“The least important compliment I have is that the shop is shaped like a coffee pot, which is hilarious. More importantly, the coffee is spectacular. I have never been disappointed by any of my orders. Horchata Latte is phenomenal. Please go visit if you are nearby and love coffee”

“I have to admit Kelsey is the best! thank you so much for your great customer service and letting us sample the difference between brisket moist and brisket lean. That was new to our understanding of different types of brisket. She and her staff were friendly, they served us hearty portions of the value package meal we had ordered, the tea was fantastic not overly sweet and not too sour. Well made tea. Oh and that inhouse made sauce omgoodness it was delicious I skipped out on the bbq sauce and just had me that sauce Lol! If y'all in that area and haven't tried Texas Traditional BBQ, its a must you will not regret. affordable, delicious and good people. Made our evening delightful ☺️ Thanks again Kelsey! “We dined here last night to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. Since we had a large group, we called to let the restaurant know in advance. They explained that they typically accommodate parties of up to eight guests and that larger groups would usually need to be seated separately.

Despite that, the staff went above and beyond to make it work so our group could celebrate together, and we truly appreciated their effort and flexibility.

Our server, Stephanie R, was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, patient, and provided outstanding service throughout the evening. She made sure everyone in our party was well taken care of and helped make the celebration even more enjoyable.

“Our first time to Maggie Valley. This restaurant was recommended to us by a family member. We ordered the pimento cheese balls, the club sandwich with onion rings, and a bbq bacon burger with fries. Everything was absolutely amazing! I could only eat half of my sandwich! It was all very fresh. I very much recommend the pimento cheese balls! Yum!! The service was great too! “Excellent 1/2 chicken with excellent onion, usual sides. I missed living in the neighborhood near the #2 North Lamar location. I stopped by at a slow time of day, polite staff and great food. Took to go, but the place was clean and ready for business later on in the day. Grabbed a couple neighborhood newspapers as I left.”

“Came for the 1$ wings (everyday 1$ ea !? i’ll take it lol) and ordered spicy lemon pepper and lemon pepper. added on the fries for 4$ and was blessed to try the fried pickles complimentary (thanks girly!) 😇. Everything was definitely flavorful and seasoned. I only recommend asking for light seasoning as the fries and pickles were way too salty for us to enjoy unfortunately and the lemon pepper was a bit much as well. Still gonna go back and just go lighter seasoning because the flavor is still great ! Owner is very welcoming with great hospitality and the staff were nice too. they cook the wings in a separate truck from the seafood so me having a shellfish allergy i highly appreciated that. chill outside food truck park setup with tables, corn hole and life size connect 4 while you wait and a bar as well with bottled alcoholic drinks, which i was also blessed with as a welcome. Taqueria Krystal is a fantastic spot for a delicious and satisfying meal. We stopped in for lunch and were impressed with the quality of the food—everything we ordered was flavorful, well-prepared, and hit the spot. The ingredients tasted fresh, the seasoning was just right, and the portions were generous.

On top of the great food, the service was friendly and efficient, making for an all-around enjoyable dining experience. If you’re looking for a solid taqueria in Austin, this place is definitely worth checking out!”
