“Loved everything about our experience. Really friendly and patience staff. We had lots of questions about the different meat styles. Food came out quickly. It was fresh and delicious. I had the street tacos with beef fajita and bistec. Loved the guac and chips as well! I look forward to visiting again!“

“Taco truck. I was originally worried about the quality because there were only 10 reviews and sometimes that can be all staff/family/friends but they proved to be an actual 5 star experience. Barbacoa taco was fresh and incredible. One of the best ever. Their bean and cheese taco was the best I've ever had. These folks are top notch and tbe ladies working the truck were pleasant and helpful. Will DEFINITELY go back.“
“We came on a busy night and they sat us right away and our waiter was really nice. Not even 10 minutes after we ordered our food came out and it was so good! It did take a little while for our waiter to come check on us and bring us the check but another waiter saw we were waiting and refilled our drinks and brought us to go boxes.“
“Today I was out getting my vehicle inspected. It's an oversize vehicle so I drove to Manor to have Duetts Tire Service do the inspection. When I got there, it's a first come first serve and I was third in line. I was hungry and walked over to one of the food trailers in their parking lot. OMG not only really good breakfast tacos but an excellent price. The breakfast taco was so big it's a whole meal. I highly recommend this food trailer.“

The classic guacamole, mango-pineapple guacamole, and spicy roasted corn guacamole were all bursting with fresh flavors. The trio provided a delightful balance of creamy, sweet, and spicy, served with warm tortilla chips.For our main course, we opted for the Carnitas Tacos and the Mole Poblano Enchiladas. The Carnitas Tacos were a revelation, featuring succulent, slow-cooked pork that practically melted in your mouth. The only reason for not awarding a full five-star rating is that, at times, the wait for a table can be longer during peak hours. However, the food and experience are worth the wait. If you're a fan of authentic Mexican cuisine with a modern twist, El Carnitas should be at the top of your list.“
“Permanently located food truck in convenience store parking lot. A few covered picnic tables. Great poblano burger. Found this random spot through google maps en route from airport northbound, and sure am glad we did. Nothing fancy, but delicious.“
“Love this place! The birria is so good as well as the consomme. I've tried the ramen, flour and corn queso tacos, and the torta. I wish they were open during the week as well but it's a nice treat on the weekends when you don't feel like cooking.“
