“This place is such a hidden gem! I had always had friends and family eat here, but I never tried it! I am so glad I finally did! The food is amazing!!!!!!!! “We stopped by Torchy’s Tacos for a casual meal together after being apart for a while, and it ended up being the perfect choice. Sometimes it's not just about the food—it's about the atmosphere, the people, and the memories you make while you're there. This place delivered on all of that.
The restaurant had a fun, welcoming vibe, and the seasonal decorations added a nice touch to the experience. Everything felt cheerful and relaxed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the moment. A special shoutout to Jackie, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Great customer service always makes a difference, and she definitely helped make our meal more enjoyable.
We tried a few different tacos, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The portions were satisfying, and there wasn't much left on the tray by the end of the meal. Between the tasty food, positive atmosphere, and friendly staff, it was exactly the kind of experience we were hoping for.
A great place to grab a meal, catch up with someone special, and enjoy some delicious tacos. We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in the area.“

“El Naranjo is one of the best restaurants we have been in. We had the pork shank and the braised beef-they were prepared perfectly and paired with sides that were complementary to their distinct flavors. Spices local to the Oaxaca region of Mexico were blended in way that were flavorful without being overpowering. The wait staff was excellent, explaining each dish and answering questions. We highly recommend this restaurant. Yes, it’s pricier than other restaurants but is a fine dining experience that you won’t find in many other restaurants.“

“Taqueria La Casita Al Pastor is definitely serving some of the better al pastor tacos in Austin. The pork was perfectly seasoned with great flavor, and the homemade tortillas made a huge difference. Everything tasted fresh, and the service was just as impressive, friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu.“

“Came on a whim after enjoying epic music at Antones. Sat outside on a beautiful night, drank a refreshing mango marg and ate the most delish carne asada fajitas. Basically licked the plates clean. All of this was delightful enough but the added bonus was Statin. Top notch service with abundant kindness and humor. Thank you for a marvelous last supper in Austin 🥰“

“When somebody tells me “these are the best tacos in Austin” I can immediately be skeptical. These tacos blew my expectations. When I first approached menu, I was currently hangry and overwhelmed with choice and Liz was super-friendly, conversational and recommend the perfect taco combo of the Machaca and the Alambre. “Excellent service, authentic tasty receipts and at a great price. We had the ceviche as an appetizer. It was the perfect ceviche. We also tried the poblano chicken mole plate and the spicy chicken diabla plate. Both of them were excellent and full of flavor. I highly recommend the four leches cake which was outstanding. Juan Carlos the manager and Alex our waiter were very courteous, respectful and attentive. Overall a 5 star experience. Thank you Hecho en Mexico Restaurant! 🇲🇽🤌🏼💯🌮“

“My wife and I had the best experience here for my birthday lunch, I'm so glad we chose this restaurant to eat at while in town for the Austin FC match! I can't say enough about the staff and the owner Joel who went out of his way to be extremely kind to us. Not to mention the food and drinks were so good. We'll definitely be back!“
