I saw this food truck on instagram and decided to stop by. It’s tucked behind a whiskey distillery with a wonderful green space.My wife and I ordered the carnitas taco and a gringa to share. Both were phenomenal!The carnitas were crispy, and rich. The guacamole and pickled onions were perfectly acidic to balance it out!
