“The staff greeted us by name. Our table was decorated with rose petals with an anniversary card signed by the staff. We also had a complimentary dessert and amuse bouche. Leeann, our server , was exceptional as was the food, wine, and cocktails. We had a 21 year anniversary to remember thanks to Everyone at Eddy V's. You made a special occasion even more special! As the Terminator would say, “I'll be back!” Thank you, thank you!“

“We have a family tradition of going out for fine dining for a birthday celebration. I had two birthday celebrations for the month. We used to live in Austin (now in San Antonio) and Truluck's made a huge impression on my wife and I back then. So I decided to do a road trip and treat two of our birthday celebrants to the BEST seafood in Austin. We all went five courses deep and none of them disappointed. The stone crab claws, to the PEI oysters, lobster bisque, little gem Caesar, as well as a variety of fish, and lobster entree's. Which included two of the largest tails I have seen (23 and 27 ounce tails). The grand finale were two customized Baked Alaska's. The food was exceptional, the service was outstanding and the whole dining experience was one for the family memory banks. The whole meal was impressive as it was delicious. We had Brian as our server; who acted more like a symphony maestro or conductor with his support staff. When we come back, I will be asking for Brian. Five Stars!!!“

“Exceptional omakase. One of my favorite restaurants in Austin. The chef is extremely personable and kind. Made me feel incredible comfortable throughout the whole experience. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The food itself was absolutely delicious. Every single nigiri was exceptional, with wonderful rice texture. The fish itself was always excellent quality and the sauces lightly coated on each fish were excellently paired with the flavor profile of the fish itself. Drinks: I did the sake pairing which had two options, a standard pairing for $80 iirc, and prestige pairing for $100. I did the pairing for $100. It was outstanding. My friend opted to do the prestige wine pairing ($110); she thoroughly enjoyed that pairing, as well. After the 22 courses, we went back the bar/lounge area and opted to finish our night with a glass of or Born Gold sake. The service team was incredible throughout the meal. Their presence was very low-key, but they were informative and really kind. Will absolutely be returning in the future.“

“Amazing ceviche food truck. Good is fresh and impeccably plated with flowers!! Generous portions and friendly service. We usually get a mix of cooked and uncooked dishes. My favorite is the aguachile with green sauce and my partner loves the cooked ceviche. They give you a huge amount of tostadas to eat your dish. Take some beers with you and hang with some friends. There’s usually some music- live or otherwise to accompany your meal“

“This place is a nice little spot, with seating inside and nice on the front patio as well (hopefully they get more comfortable chairs for the inside one day) Its a nice vibe and pretty solid spot for a date. The service was pretty good and they were all nice and very accommodating. I wanted to give the food 5 star because some of it i do rate very highly but some others weren't quite there. To start the shrimp cocktail was good, the shrimp are massive and both sauces served with them are good as well. Bills burger (no tomato and grill the onions) is a Top 5 burger I have ever had, the patties are made with brisket and short rib and those things are flavor packed, and you combine that with great cheese, sauce and a great bun and its hard to beat. The chicken fried steak was a bit on the tougher side but not terrible, and the crawfish Mac & cheese was solid but not quite as good as I expected but was still solid for sure. I cant wait to go back and try more stuff! The burger I give a 9.0/10 and Overall I give the place an 8.1/10“

“In a bad year for crawfish when none of the usual stores in central Texas had it, especially with Sunday pickup, we almost resorted to a lowly shrimp boil. Pops Crawfish came through big with some of the biggest and baddest crawfish I’ve ever bought. Good price (all things considered), great people, and a fantastic quality. Only 9 dead out of two sacks on a Sunday is a big win. I’ll never trust our annual crawfish boil to anyone else.“

“I saw The Shore on my Google map and clicked on the link. I saw their Happy Hour Menu and noticed they had 1/2 price Oysters and several other choices. We decided to stop there on our way back home. We got there at 3:30 and found that they would not open until 4 pm due to an earlier water leak. We asked if we could just sit at the bar until they opened because we really wanted to have oysters for our anniversary. The manager said since we were wanting oysters we could sit at the bar and get drinks and the oysters. Chef Cody explained all the different oysters offered and we decided to let him choose the oysters and we were not disappointed . He chose the gulf coast, summer time, Black moon and pink moon. All the options were fresh tasting with just a touch of saltiness . We also had the mussels with fries. We have not had mussels this good in a very long time. the broth was thick with butter, wine and capers. The grilled ciabatta bread was so buttery and crispy we ordered additional pieces. The calamari was lightly breaded rings and tentacles and were heavenly. We also tried the Hi Mexican Lager on tap, it was light and smooth. Our bartender was very sweet and helpful with our choices. We also would like to thank the manager who being so accommodating to us and making our 42nd anniversary so special. We will definitely stop there again!!!!!“

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary there last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. I believe the hostess name was Amanda and she saw we were a bit low-spirited and overwhelmed at arrival and made sure everything was handled with care for what was left of our anniversary.
