Happy hour done right.
We came in for the happy hour menu and left planning our next visit. The crab and andouille hush puppies were outstanding — worth ordering even at full price — and Bill’s Burger absolutely delivered. Emily behind the bar was fantastic: sharp, friendly, and clearly good at what she does.

Everything at Bill's Oyster was on point. The happy hour oyster flight was super fresh and beautifully plated, and the crab & andouille hush puppies were fantastic. The real standout was the Bill's Burger—an absolute must-order. Our drinks (a dirty martini and a lemon drop) were spot-on, and Emily gave us outstanding service at the bar. We’ll definitely be back!

Bill's Oyster offers amazing food and fabulous cocktails. Highlights include the oyster dressed, fried green tomatoes with shrimp, and the best burger ever. Lobster is served with skinny fries, and the seasonal oysters are always fresh and simple. The knowledgeable staff and welcoming chef contribute to the outstanding service, making it an awesome place to enjoy fresh seafood. The vibe is always on point, and the dining experience is always a 10/10. Classic American interiors and paced service allow for a relaxed dining experience. Don't forget to save room for the cheesecake. The HH burger is awesome, and the french fries are exactly what you were hoping for – shoe string and crispy! The fried grouper fingers are legit the best fried fish, with perfect seasoning and a crunchy breading. The Salty Dog is a citrusy vodka drink, perfect for those who don't love anything too sweet. The place is beautiful, and the server obliged requests to move inside or to a better location on the patio. You won’t be disappointed for a smooth downtown date night experience. Every dish is super fresh, and you can't beat the happy hour menu for a ton of super fresh seafood for a very reasonable price.
