Ordered the 20oz bone in filet..best steak I ever had!!! It was heavenly! Also had a side of potato puree which was fantastic. The lobster bisque had huge chunks of real lobster..fantastic! Highly
I can attest that I am very picky and living in Austin, consider myself a foodie. I had high hopes for J. Carver, knowing it was a sister restaurant to Red Ash. It surpassed my expectations and more.Service - excellent! Best food in Austin….no question about it. I wish Google let me give 10 stars. This was the best meal I’ve ever had in my life and I like to consider myself a food snob. Along with the exceptional quality of food, Phil provided exceptional service.
