“Excellent top sirloin, sausage, and picanha. Loved the sides and sauces, salad bar had a great selection - cheeses and smoked salmon were excellent. I had the best cheesecake of my life, served with flaming alcohols. Service was especially great compared to other churrascarias that we have been to.“

To be honest this place was not our original destination for a Birthday celebration but, due to unforseen circumstances we had to divert plans and ended up in quit possibly the best turn of fortunes by coming to Eddie V's. We were lucky enough to secure reservations last minute and upon our arrival were treated as if we quite possibly owned a share of the restaurant ( We do not ) the lovely hostess was kind enough to provide the women of our party ( One being the one celebrating her Birthday ) each with a single long stem red rose to celebrate the occasion. In a brief amount of time we were seated at a phenomenal area of the restaurant only to find a card on the table with a hand written Happy Birthday proclamation. The service was prompt and personable which was greatly appreciated & the staff worked in a well orchestrated manner to suit our every need. It was such a wonderful experience to have the manager Mary come over to personally check on us and provide a sincere and thoughtful conversation to our party. That in and of itself made this worth the visit but, as this is a restaurant the topic of this review should be the food of which every single item that was ordered from the filets to the lobster tails and even the special that night of halibut were exquisite. The items were well seasoned , flavorful and prepared to the requested parameters. I can not say enough good about how appetizing it all was. This place is stellar and sets an exemplary standard that I wish other " Fine dining " establishments could live up to. This place will now rank as one of my top referrals for anyone who will listen ! Once again .... Thank You Mary & staff for the undeniably amazing experience !!!!!“
“The wagyu starter by the ounce was the most incredible steak I've ever eaten. I've had it at other steakhouses around the world as well and this one took the cake.The only problem was, starting with that, it was hard to have anything else after because that was the star of the night. The surf and turf truffle butter special was amazing too but the first steak was just incomparable. The food was excellent, cocktails as well and the service. The around-the-world knife cabinet presentation was next level and felt very special. We also landed a table next to the fireplace which just enhanced our experience. All-in-all an extremely memorable dinner on vacation that won't be forgotten.“

“This was a late night stop for me. Ordered the steak medium but I guess they do a thicker pink cut here. They were able to take it back and correct it for me. I'm a huge Brussel sprouts fan and loves that it was crispy while still having that flavor to it. There were some older leaves in the salad but nothing to send back bc I went at a later time than most. I had Alysa (sp?) and she took great care of me.“

“Extremely busy. Got on the wait list which was about an hour wait, turned in to 1.5 hours. Extremely loud. Most of the food is good. We were a party of 4. 2 steaks were overcooked, 1 was perfect and the prime rib was too fatty to eat. Mixed drinks are reasonably priced. Service was good, but the facility and especially the bathroom was trashed. Really disappointed that beef ribs are not on the menu as I don't eat pork ?Parking: Better to park in the lot away from the restaurant as theirs is packed in and not easy for larger vehicles“

“We visited ALC Steaks to celebrate a friend getting married and they accommodated our group of 13 with no issues. Zero wait for our reservation, we were walked immediately to our table. Everyone in our group was pleased with their meal and the service provided by the waiting staff. I had the 14 oz NY Strip with garlic mashed potatoes. I asked for medium-rare and the temperature was absolutely perfect, which is the most important factor for a steakhouse in my opinion. Juicy, perfect cross grilled steaks. I would return.“

Portions were large, however the bread as they served was stale and tasteless, first time so unsure of we just got a lemon of a loaf or it's always subpar.We were seated next to a screaming toddler so that detracted from the evening.Restaurants that have carpet kinda skeeve me out.“

“We recently celebrated a small wedding reception in the Capital Room at the Perry's Steakhouse in Downtown Austin. We had a wonderful celebration and the staff at Perry's accommodated all our requests making the event special and the entire evening was flawlessly executed! The event coordinator, Kim Silvert, was very professional and nice to work with. She guided us through the entire process from menu planning, selecting drinks for a customized bar menu and helping to design a flexible timetable to allow for all the wedding reception activities making the evening stress-free and fun. We were also allowed to set-up decorations, centerpieces, video equipment earlier in the day to create a pretty wedding atmosphere. The hors-d’oeuvres were tasty and beautifully presented, the dinner was delicious and had choices to please everyone, and the staff lead by Myka were all outstanding. I would highly recommend this Perry’s for any special occasion.“

“Went here for my husband's birthday. We both ordered prime rib medium rare. The prime rib was more rare than medium rare. I haven't eaten prime rib here before and it was very good. The service was exceptional. I really like eating at the roadhouse. I had a very delicious frozen margarita with sangria.“

He took the time to interact with him and made sure he had crayons and something to color on. Then he came back around to check on everyone.
