“My wife and I went without a reservation recently and were seated right away. The food is delicious and so fresh. I enjoyed the variety of selection on the salad bar and hot bar. The Brazilian cheese bread is addictive! On top of that, the service is spectacular. Our water was never empty and our plates always cleared. The manager, Mario, also made sure we were treated well. Loved it and plan to go back soon.“

“PERFECT!!! That's what describes last night's experience at Bartlett's. My wife ordered the Fish and Shrimp with a small Caesar salad and I got their Famous French Dip sandwich. “Capital was amazing as usual. I haven't been here for awhile however they never disappoint. I arrived early and the host greeted me right away. My other party hadn't arrived yet so I told her that I would wait at the bar. The bartender was very nice even inspite of what she went through on her way to work. She is the epitome of perseverance. I'm confident that things will work out in her favor and that she keeps that energy and attitude. She also makes great mocktails and I'm certain that's not all. When my other party arrived we were seated expeditiously. We were greeted by a gentleman that offered us water and brought bread out as well. Our server followed him not long after and introduced herself and asked if we wanted anything else to drink then explained various appetizers as well as other menu items. Her presentation and product knowledge was just the start of a wonderful experience. I could literally type a book about her nevertheless no offense to her but I'm watching the playoffs right now nevertheless I had to do this after checking my email and seeing this survey. Her service is intergalactic. She may have hitched a ride back here from the lastest trip to the moon. Her timing attention to not only detail but other things that didn't pertain to her job description was next level. She was even contemplating playing matchmaker but we told her that we were family that just met for the first time. Wow! That's skywalking service! Then her knowledge about other things also seems as if she's a walking AI or ET. I won't have to phone home to get her during my next visit because I took care of that with the host before we departed. I could literally go on and on about her. “This place is fantastic! We went for a date night and it was delicious with a nice ambience. Pretty, intricate, industrial-like chandeliers hang throughout with color coordinated tapestry. We had a very personable and knowledgeable server (Ani) who made great recommendations. The Steak Frites were just the right amount of steak for me (8 oz). My husband got the Prime Rib happy hour special--an excellent deal for a large au jus steak for just $19. We thought it was 8 oz but it seemed like a much larger cut. The cocktails were creative and well-made, very balanced. The happy hour deals are wild good. We will definitely be back!“

“I ordered the steak with Parmesan on top. It was delicious, but the steak itself was not as tender as I had hoped. The asparagus was good, but not exceptional. The side salad, with its combination of pecans, strawberries, and grapes, was the best dish. We also ordered the queso, which was quite salty. Our server was friendly and efficient. In comparison to LongHorn, I recommend Saltgrass.“

“Simply amazing. We were there for sunset over Travis Lake and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing, drinks were perfect and the atmosphere on point. We sat outdoors and we loved it. Our waitress was perfect. We weren’t rushed, which was huge! Band playing on the patio were great! We will be back. Our only regret was not getting the tomahawk lol we are still talking about it. “The food was good in flavor but they served my husbands burger barely warm. Then he asked for mayo and waiter too such a long time to get it (he forgot) his burger was cold. We didn't send it back because the waiter didn't even offer and didn't apologize for taking so long and forgetting. Service was horrible. We asked for a straw for our water and the waiter forgot so we had to ask again. Same with what I just explained about the mayo. We had an early dinner, so there was really no one else there. He was just not paying attention I guess or distracted with other things. When we pointed it out to him, he didn't even apologize nor did he call a manager. All in all it was not a great experience and this was an anniversary dinner! So expectations were high since we booked it, letting them know that this was an anniversary dinner Lastly, I don't know if Ruth Chris just doesn't do anything to make it special, but just so you know in the future for anybody who goes they don't offer any type of dessert or ANYTHING to make it special.“
