“My wife and I went without a reservation recently and were seated right away. The food is delicious and so fresh. I enjoyed the variety of selection on the salad bar and hot bar. The Brazilian cheese bread is addictive! On top of that, the service is spectacular. Our water was never empty and our plates always cleared. The manager, Mario, also made sure we were treated well. Loved it and plan to go back soon.“

We were celebrating a birthday and when we were seated, our table was decorated and we were offered a glass of champagne! Our server, Michael, was phenomenal. I ordered a steak, and it was cooked exactly as requested. The sides were generous, and the quality of the food was noticeable from start to finish. The dining room was busy but still felt relaxed, which made it easy to enjoy the evening.

“We had an amazing experience at Maie Day. Even though the restaurant was completely booked, Khanh-Vy, Brie, and Bradley went out of their way to get a table set up for us and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked in.

Brie and Bradley continued checking on us throughout the meal, and despite how busy the restaurant was, they made us feel like we were the only customers there. That level of hospitality is rare.

The food was outstanding. We had the Prime Rib and couldn’t believe it was part of happy hour for only $19. The Caesar salad was also fantastic and easily big enough for two people for just $5. The quality, service, and overall experience completely exceeded our expectations.

We live in Palm Beach, and when we come back to Austin, we’ll absolutely be returning to Maie Day. Highly recommend.“

“We ❤️ALC! The food is exquisite, the service is fantastic, and you can’t beat the quality and portion size for the value and price. Sit at the bar and order the crab cakes, seared ahi tuna with wasabi, steak sampler with Maker’s Mark bourbon and jalapeño horseradish. The brownie and the tres leches are to die for. Brooke and Michael make delicious drinks and pair the perfect wines with each course.“

“Over all my experience was great. My server was very attentive and made sure we had all what we wanted and the quality was up to our expectations. During the ordering process the server forgot to ask me my steak temp, which didn't upset me due to me. I was in the restroom at the time so my wife answered on my behalf. However, she answered to a temp a lot higher than I would like. I mentioned this to my server and they made sure to correct my steak temp which I greatly appreciated.

The only bumpy part of my service is our server was too eager to verbally check in. It was a little frustrating to have our server interrupt my conversation with my wife so many times. But I would take that over having to do a prairie dog imitation in order to get my servers attention.“

“Simply amazing. We were there for sunset over Travis Lake and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing, drinks were perfect and the atmosphere on point. We sat outdoors and we loved it. Our waitress was perfect. We weren’t rushed, which was huge! Band playing on the patio were great! We will be back. Our only regret was not getting the tomahawk lol we are still talking about it. “Angelica, was our server in July for my birthday and my goddaughter's birthday. Both times service was outstanding the calamari is amazing and the steaks sooooo good, I have never had a steak that tender before, Angelica made suggestions for my Goddaughter and she tried calamari for the first time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“

“We had a reservation for 4th of July at 7pm and it was perfect. They had a lot of the front tables and booths taken but the back area was almost empty and quiet. Our waiter (red head with a red beard, I'm so sorry we don't remember your name!) was PHENOMENAL! He brought me a mocktail (I told him I'm not drinking right now) and he said it was called the Berry Smash or Berry Splash and it was so good! He even took it a step further and asked the bartender for the recipe so I could make it at home. Then the manager (I think her name was Bailey, tall Slender white lady with a bob haircut) came over and chatted with us and her and I discussed skincare products. She was super chatty and charismatic/ I'm sure her team loves working with her! The Mac and cheese was a 6/10, I'm not sure if it was the cheese they used but I make it better at home. My fiance loved his tomahawk steak, he said he loves Ruth's Chris better than Perry's Steakhouse. The seared ahi tuna appetizer was really good and the crab cakes were decent (not great but decent). The parking situation is a toss up, they have valet for $15 and they take tap pay or Apple Pay, but his machine wasn't workin correctly so he tried VenMo. Bring cash to be safe. Other than that- it was a good experience. Thumbs up.“
