“Great place, brought my wife for our anniversary and we really enjoyed ourselves. I reserved seating next to the balcony and had an amazing view of downtown Austin. The staff had really great customer service and service was quick and we received our drinks and food in a timely manner and not to mention they have us a complementary glass of champagne for the both of us. “We came here for drinks and apps one evening and was wowed by a beautiful sunset over Austin. We snagged a seat around a firepit, which was nice as there was a slight chill. The drinks, too, helped warm us up as we tried two different dips to go with the nacho chips. This is an expensive view, don't be fooled, but an excellent one if you are in the area.“

“We love this place! We’ve gone for the Body Rock events a few times and had a blast. The bar is small but they usually have three or four bartenders that keep the line moving. Water is available at your convenience and trust me you’ll need it! It’s a bit toasty when you get everyone dancing together! Plenty of parking, great outdoor patio, food truck in the back too.“

“Old review but worth updating for a new email. Outstanding food, drinks, and service. Walked into this place 4 years ago off a recommendation and could not be happier. While sitting, looking at the menu and eating the mushroom fritters (would come back for those alone), a gentleman walked by and started talking us up about the options. Spoke in detail about how the certain things were cooked and what his favorites were, and suggested I try something out of my ordinary and couldn't cook at the house. Our waiter, who was excellent, told us afterward that the gentleman was the owner.“

“We celebrated a milestone birthday for my wife at the Terrace of DMC. Overall, all the guests had great time. The food, drinks, service and ambience were excellent! Since the party was in June, it was hot until the sun went down. The fans and the cross-breeze helped some. But should be a great venue in cooler months.
Special shout out to Faith (Nova hopitality group) who helped coordinate the event. It was very smooth experience overall. Also, shout out to Alex (DMC manager) who was extremely accommodating and helped with anything we needed onsite (thanks for setting up the A/V system, Mic etc). I certainly recommend this place to anyone planning to have a celebration.“

“This hotel restaurant is 5 minutes from our house. It’s been there for approximately 2 1/2 years and I had no idea it existed. While running errands at five in the evening I decided I didn’t want to cook so I googled restaurants in my zip code. This restaurant popped up with 4.5 stars. The reviews were impressive so we decided to try it. I’m so happy that we did. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The restaurant is lovely, well appointed, and has great ambience. The bar tender, Ray, was so attentive and helpful with the menu. Probably the best martini I’ve ever had. I don’t say that lightly as our business was based in travel so I’ve dined in some very prestigious hotel restaurants as well as enjoyed fine dining during many business dinners. The drinks were stellar and the food exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed the lamb meatballs in an agradolce sauce and the brisket nachos. Both were superb. I am extremely critical of food as I’m a very good cook(aspiring chef)😊 This will be on our frequent flyer list from now on. The prices are very reasonable. In today’s economy we have experienced a sudden and universal decline in food quality with more than a few restaurants. This was such a pleasure, surprise, and all around delightful experience. Fresh ingredients with perfectly blended spices speak for themselves.“

Adrian took care of us during a HH back in February, and gave us some great recommendations and the code to a nearby bar, which we ventured into immediately after. Go for the killer cocktails, and stay for the excellent service and vibe!“

“Drinks are definitely overpriced, small size. Honestly, happy hour is the only time it feels worth it. Bartender wasn’t the most welcoming, sadly! a smile would’ve made the experience better. The pool’s more for looks than lounging, it’s super shallow. And heads up! just snacks, no real food. To be real, I’d only come back for happy hour or a special event.“

“The venue itself has a great vibe, both indoor and outdoor. We went earlier in the evening, and it was a pretty chill atmosphere. The staff members were friendly.

Both of our drink choices were fantastic. I got probably the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. It was creamy, which is what I prefer, and it was delicious. We also got the chili cucumber tini which was light and refreshing with a nice kick of heat to it.

There were games at all the tables which was fun. It heightened the experience and the laughter.

All in all, it was a good time with friendly bartenders and great drinks. We’ll definitely be going back.“

“Incredible Deftones Album Release Party for “Private Music”! Great sound system, great bar food (kitchen in-house) incredible bartenders (Molly😊) and did I mention that there’s a sweet-ass record shop here too(?)! If you haven’t been here, you don’t know what you’re missing! Visit their website for the latest release parties, live music, recording sessions, etc., etc. This is Austin at its finest!“

“What you see is what you get, but the staff is great and they are kind and welcoming to musicians of all stripes, unlike a lot of Austin’s venues. The acoustics are surprisingly good - my old band recorded 2 live albums there and they sounded as good as anything else we did.“

“Sophisticated and intimate ambience. Some covered patio seating as well as indoor seating. We ordered several appetizers and the braised short ribs. The Hamachi and the Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio were out of this world. Both could be shared by 4 people if you just want a bite. The Beet Tartare was served with 2 pieces of grilled flatbread, and it was delicious. The butternut squash fritters were so light and crisp. They were served with a pepita butter, but I think a savory sauce might also be good. The perfectly cooked braised short rib was served over a thin layer of pureed potatoes that were so creamy and delicious. A beautiful dining experience overall.“

Every dish we have tried (and we have tried most of them) is spectacular. I laughed at Keith W’s review where he complains about the ambiance and atmosphere without giving any specifics. The ambiance and atmosphere of this restaurant needs no improvements. Each dining room is exquisite with beautiful outdoor views from floor to ceiling glass walls. Dzintra, do nothing different. You rock! If you feel the need to do anything, maybe lower the prices a bit instead of wasting any money on ambience/atmosphere!“

“I've visited here several times over the years. My most recent visit was today for Barks for Beers. I had the Hittin' Dingers - Pre-Prohibition Pilsner 🍺 It had a nice citrus flavor and I really liked it. I love the dog friendly patio in the back. My dog, Bogart, enjoyed getting a treat and done nice cool water. The food is also really tasty here. I didn't eat anything on my most recent visit.“
