“INCREDIBLE. The baristas are ACTUALLY knowledgeable about coffee. It’s a true coffee spot with attentively to origin, roast, extraction.

I’m always worried about ordering lattes with sweetener bc they can be so overly sweet, but the miso brown butter latte with oat milk was perfectly balanced. It had a hint of sweet without sweetness being The Flavor of the drink.

Highly highly recommend.“

“Yea, this is the best coffee I’ve had in Austin.

Delicious flavored lattes. So well balanced. I seldom order “normal sweet” lattes (normally go half) but it’s perfect. Service is great and the ambience is cute. Selfishly I wish the wait was shorter (usually 10ish min) but I’m happy to wait every time because it is truly that good.

I don’t feel like I can’t give it a true coffee review as I’ve only had their flavored lattes but they’re so good it would feel like a waste of time to order anything else.“

“The staff was super friendly at this cute outdoor coffee trailer. They tout their direct relationships with coffee farmers in Colombia and offer a creative menu. I usually drink my coffee black or as a cortado and they offer multiple “black coffee” options. I went with the signature drink the Desnudo which is a shaken espresso over ice and it was delicious. Creamy, velvety, and brought through some great fruity and brighter notes as it settled. Very refreshing iced coffee, would definitely get it again!“

“I got the mound latte that had coconut and mocha, and it was pretty good. Also got the peaches and cream biscuit. It was good but the biscuit was burnt on the bottom which you could taste and made it a little harder to bite into. It was also smaller than I thought it would be for the price. There was only one employee, which I imagine must be difficult at busy times. They might’ve been having a bad day on the morning I stopped by. I appreciated the extra fans near the sitting area.“

“Went for the first time on a Friday morning. Definitely won’t be the last time. The migas in green sauce had a great flavor, flour tortillas were fresh, my friends’ huevos rancheros were on point. On top the cinnamon roll -huge size, looks like a cake- was delicious. Service was great. Lately I’ve been feeling everything in Austin tastes the same, can’t wait to go back to this great spot!“

I have been hooked ever since...Every time I am in Austin, I make it a point to stop by for the Chai and their Sabudana Vada. I have tried most of the menu and everything has been awesome. They’re always so sweet and I’m sad about how underrated Polyphonic coffee is. I’ve been telling everyone I can about them and I hope they get more business soon. This shop truly is a hidden gem in South Austin.

Lately I’ve been getting the old fashioned cold brew, but I MISS the picante paloma!!! I hope you guys can bring it back soon. The tahini date latte is also amazing and hits every time. They’ve started baking pastries in house lately and they’re also AMAZING! I tried a savory slice of bread today and loved it.
