“Had a really pleasant experience with the customer service today—the staff was very friendly and fast! I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with sugar-free syrup and asked for it half-sweet, but unfortunately, it was still super sweet, and I couldn't taste much of the coffee flavor. I love the energy here, but hoping for better balance on the flavor/sweetness next time.“
