“Putting this review for my mom, who decided to try the place out while I got some food next door.So she came in with some spare change deciding if she should explore outside her comfort zone. The server was friendly answering all the questions, and my mom was excited to see that all the food was made fresh to order! She said the smells were amazing and raved about the quality of a fresh, crispy, and fluffy donut. They kept talking about how amazing the texture of the donut was in the car! That and the fresh cold water hit the spot for her!I’d take a photo for the simple donut but they ate it fast. The one suggestion she did say was to add a sign in the front that says “hot, fresh, and made to order!” Cause they definitely deliver on that!“
“This was my first time ordering coffee at this shop. I've driven past it so many times while running errands and I finally decided to pull over and see what they had to offer. The person taking my order was very nice and welcoming--I told her I was looking for something sweet and iced. She gave me a handful of suggestions, which I greatly appreciated. I decided to stick with what I knew and ordered an iced vanilla latte. It was creamy, delicious and it wasn't overly sweet. They've got themselves a new regular!! I look forward to trying different items from their menu!“
“I’ve been living in Pflugerville for over 12 years now and I’ve always struggled to find good matcha here. I always have to drive into Austin for matcha. And I am an avid matcha drinker, I usually order mine from Japan! But sometimes I just want someone else to make it for me. This is the best matcha I’ve had in pflugerville! It’s the perfect sweet level. And they put enough matcha! I usually always have to ask for extra matcha in my drinks but I forgot to hear and I was surprised how green the drink was. I ordered through Uber eats to try for the first time as I am at work and the drink was packaged very nicely as well and taped up so that it did not spill. If you like matcha this is the best in the pflugerville and round rock area! I also got a bagel from here. It wasn’t anything to rave about. And a muffin top which was good.“

“Very inconsistent!I went in and ordered three drinks total today and I was the only customer at that time. I didn’t mind the staff’s gossiping to each other and made me wait for even longer than usual; but at least please make our drinks right. After paying for all that extra my guava green tea with aloe Vera turned out to be plain zero sugar no flavor green tea. This is not the first time something like this happened.I love their drinks and I know you can’t teach someone how to run their own business, but owners of this chain really need to take a look into customers input and better off their services and drinks.“
“Awesome! This store and delivery service are flawless. We've ordered small orders ( 1/2 dozen donuts) 3 times recently and each one was delivered quickly and exactly as asked. As to the donuts, these guys know their stuff. The glazed are bigger and better than Duck donuts or Crispy Crème, and were delivered, warm, perfectly made and boxed such that the 6 donuts were in perfect condition when I opened it. I could not recommend them more. I ordered from the Pflugerville store each time, so I can't account for other locations, but this one is an outstanding way to get delicious & quickly delivered, best donuts around.“

“I Love coming to target just to go to the Starbucks, I've been coming to this Starbucks for a couple months now. I am very greatful for the team that they have they are very Respectful, Neat, and super fast. They always put a smile on my face & My kids when we order and they talk to us about our day . We appreciate them for everything they do. The main thing I would like to say is that I DONT appreciate the way other customers treat them and no one says anything back or any management gets involved, One time when I was there management was YELLING?! At one of the employees and blaming them for a drink that I ordered and they made it wrong and blamed anoyher employe Like seriously this is how yall treat them!
