“Love it but when I ask for light ice I would really love light ice as I have teeth sensitivity and they always go back and top of my light ice drink with more ice. Then I have to wait for my drink to warm up before I can drink it. Telling them if supposed to be light ice they just pore it into another cup and add ice to it again. Kind of defeats the purpose of light ice.“

“Dietary restrictions: I can't have dairy so they always have non-dairy options to choose from. My favorite tea is the London fog. I usually get a zebra frezian, coconut milk and no other coffee shops can make it taste right.

Kid-friendliness: Usually take my kids to get a smoothies.... There was once when there was left over from my order that they put into a small cup for my toddler. Thought that was the sweetest thing they could do. They're now loyal smoothie fans.“

“I love this location. I usually come in at around 7am before heading to work and the staff is always so pleasant. Ms. Sio is such a ray of sunshine! Always positive vibes, always smiling, and today I called to order over the phone and she knew my name from my order alone…kinda made me feel like even more of a valued customer ☺️.

Although I’ve never had any complaints, they make it a point to ensure my donuts are warm each visit. Thank you Ms. Sio for being so kind and sharing your energy with us all! “High quality espresso drinks, great food, and awesome service! The manager, Megan made us feel welcome immediately, then followed up later to make sure everything was perfect. I had a hot mocha (plenty of milk choices and made perfectly) and the breakfast taco (tasty!). I’m so glad to have this place with great coffee and fresh-made breakfast in our neighborhood. “I Love coming to target just to go to the Starbucks, I've been coming to this Starbucks for a couple months now. I am very greatful for the team that they have they are very Respectful, Neat, and super fast. They always put a smile on my face & My kids when we order and they talk to us about our day . We appreciate them for everything they do. The main thing I would like to say is that I DONT appreciate the way other customers treat them and no one says anything back or any management gets involved, One time when I was there management was YELLING?! At one of the employees and blaming them for a drink that I ordered and they made it wrong and blamed anoyher employe Like seriously this is how yall treat them! I find it ridiculous that they stay working here , management needs to step up and treat them right.
