“The best customer service I've come across. I am profoundly hard of hearing and read lips, so the masks make communication difficult. I write out my order and they gesture or pick up items(zing stuff, plastic utensils) to ask if I'd like them. When the inside was shut down, my husband would call in an order for me to pick up via drive through and I never had an issue. 99% of the time, the dining area is very clean. I always see preppers wearing gloves. Those rolls are plain heavenly too.“

“I ordered thru the app to pickup at the store. There was only one option and it was pickup, didn't specify further. I get to Cane's and there's 4 spots that say for mobile ordering. I park, no number on the sign to call or text. I look in the app, and it just says pickup. I run a quick mock order and sure enough, only pickup. So I went in and picked it up, off the shelf and went about my way. But the gripe is obvi the parking spots for mobile orders, for them to bring it out to you, but no such service. I think this is the 3rd time it's been like this for me. Other than that little gripe in a lot of words, food was on point like usual“

“Popeyes on 685 is the best. Manager service Fresh Chicken every time. I'll drive those extra miles for it. Yes I have a Popeyes near me but the service is terrible and they service refried Chicken to customer. Yes the one on Pecan in PFLUGERVILLE and Store Manager is rude.“

“I've had issues with this McDonald's before, but they have really improved. Service was quick and the food was hot. Shout out to the woman working window 2 (handing out food). She noticed i struggled to grab my drink (can't turn my wrist) and she leaned out further and made sure i got it without struggling further. She is the first person working a drive thru that took the time to notice and accommodate without me having to say anything. In all the times I've used a drive thru, she is the only one to notice and act. Even the drive up places that bring things directly to your car don't take time to notice. I wish i had taken time to look at her name because she really deserves recognition for going above and beyond.“

The manager Spencer ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied and he’s always on his toes helping out. He always greets my daughter and I with a smile as well as the other workers there. Plus they always deliver our food super fast!“

“Aug 2026: A few evenings ago my wife and I were leaving HEB after buying groceries and she suddenly decided she wanted frozen custard, so I asked google maps to find me the nearest frozen custard and we were directed to Freddy's. Our first visit so we had to get some help with the menu. I ended up with an unadventurous but delicious strawberry sundae with whipped cream, and my wife had a Chocolate Brownie Delight, which she loved. Mission accomplished. On the way out we noticed another customer eating a burger with shoestring fries, and that must have lodged in our collective minds, because two days later we stopped at Freddy's for lunch.
My wife had a Double Cheeseburger meal (with shoestring fries and a fountain drink) and I had a Grilled Cheese Steakburger meal. The Cheeseburger was fairly conventional and she enjoyed it and the fries a lot. My steakburger was slightly different in that it was thinly sliced grilled steak with melted cheddar cheese, bacon and tomato served on toasted bread sandwich. It was delicious, as were the hot fries.
We left Freddy's well satisfied with our lunch. The restaurant was clean and well cared for, the toilets were clean and well stocked and best of all I wasn't surreptitiously asked for a tip on the payment screen at the counter so I was glad to round up by bill as a donation to Kids In Need charity.“

Didn't try the birria but kiddos said they were good.. I requested extra crispy tripas tacos and they were amazing.. always great service in my eyes when they can accommodate their customers.. the shrimp machete had a different flavor than what I'm used to, but still was good.. the melon Agua fresca, however, was not good.. tasted like it was from powder versus fresh fruit..“

“Place was very clean. The food was hot. Great fries, roll was perfect, chickens was hot and very fresh. Everything came out very quickly. The restaurant part was around half full on the weekend but the drive through was extremely busy. I got lemonade and it was fine. Not too sweet but not exactly the flavor I like. “I'm a big foodie when it comes to halal food, and this is the best fast food chicken in Texas , or can compete with the best. I personally believe the owner should sell his gas station and invest it all into Krispy crunchy. It would be very successful inshaAllah. The biscuits have great flavor, but I would try to improve the texture if they can.“
