“The best customer service I've come across. I am profoundly hard of hearing and read lips, so the masks make communication difficult. I write out my order and they gesture or pick up items(zing stuff, plastic utensils) to ask if I'd like them. When the inside was shut down, my husband would call in an order for me to pick up via drive through and I never had an issue. 99% of the time, the dining area is very clean. I always see preppers wearing gloves. Those rolls are plain heavenly too.“

“I ordered thru the app to pickup at the store. There was only one option and it was pickup, didn't specify further. I get to Cane's and there's 4 spots that say for mobile ordering. I park, no number on the sign to call or text. I look in the app, and it just says pickup. I run a quick mock order and sure enough, only pickup. So I went in and picked it up, off the shelf and went about my way. But the gripe is obvi the parking spots for mobile orders, for them to bring it out to you, but no such service. I think this is the 3rd time it's been like this for me. Other than that little gripe in a lot of words, food was on point like usual“

“Daphne and Jet were over the top. Not only was my burger amazing and fries SUPER fresh, they were very kind. They asked me about my day and made the small talk that can be lost in customer service nowadays which was a refreshing pleasure. The place was super clean. Overall a really nice afternoon snack. “It had been some time since I used a drive thru with no speaker. I had servers come up to my vehicle and take my order. Very nice and prompt service, my order was right. Other than another driver blocked me in, just for being inpatient and not wanting to wait for her turn, my visit was very good and quick. Chicken was hot and crunchy, and dinner rolls soft. It was less than 15 minutes from arrival to leaving with my order.“
