Service is was not great here. When I came in the restaurant it was empty. 2 employees, 1 working and the other doing nothing. I stayed at the register assuming I would get attended but I didn't. I had to scream over the loud music. "I have a pickup order". The employee doing nothing still just stood around until the other one told him to attend me. When my food was ready I was told have a good night by the employee that didn't want to attend me while his back was turned to me....read full review
It's been years since I've set foot inside a five guys and boy have things changed. As soon as my eyes caught sight of the menu, I almost got sticker shock. $13 for dbl bacon cheeseburger seemed a little high, but it was the french fries that started out over five dollars for a small and if you wanna shake that's over six dollars. Despite specifying our desired order, what we got was completely wrong. Toppings missing/incorrect for the burgers. Same for the milkshakes. Quality of the incorrect order was also unacceptably sloppy.
