Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

The self serve area just needs to be kept up with, by the different shift management and employees, rather than keep asking the staff for what is needed. Hand soap was out today.“

“I had a great experience at this location! The food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Zujeyly and Litzy were both very respectful, friendly, and professional with the customers. The restaurant was also very clean inside and had a great atmosphere.
