“This was my second time coming here. I got the number 3 combo. My opinion is that the tenders by itself is the best along with the Dave’s sauce verses the sliders, and I love the vanilla shake. The fries and Mac and cheese are decent. The customer service was great both times I went. Not a place I’d visit often but every once in a while most def! Also, the first time I went through the drive through it was a bit long, but it didn’t bother me at all.“

“This was my 2nd time eating at Five Guys. The first time was years ago in a totally different city. But as far as this particular location (Georgetown) I will say the customer service was stellar. My order was shy of $20 and that was just for a plain and dry Grilled cheese with a patty and a large Cajun fry. Don't judge me, I'm really plain and simple when it comes to burgers. I honestly hated the fries and threw them into the disposal. They did give me a lot of fries and I mean alot. I got what I paid for with the fries. The fries were overly seasoned and a tad bit spicy. I just couldn't find a liking to them. The burger was good but not worth the amount that I paid. The burger was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I will not ever eat at another Five Guys again simply because I can make my own food (I was just being lazy today) or I can go elsewhere and get the full benefit of the amount I paid. Again, the customer service was good and everyone seemed nice. The manger was doing an interview I believe when I was there but he took time to acknowledge my presence. Oh, the restaurant was pretty clean. I did end up waiting about 5 mins for my order since they were waiting on the fries to be completed. I had placed this order to go via online, so I'm glad I didn't wait long at all.“

The Standout Service
The absolute highlight of our visit was the drive-thru staff. The young people working here are incredibly friendly and helpful. A huge shout-out to Shon, who assisted us with a genuine smile the entire time. Since we weren't familiar with the menu, his patience was much appreciated—he truly went above and beyond to help us figure out exactly what we wanted!

“We went and dined in last night and we were sooooo impressed …whatever change you guys made was awesome!!! We went to dine in like a year ago and it was such a bad experience we walked out, but we figured we give it another chance and I’m glad we did! The place was SO CLEAN! You could tell that someone put their time and care back into the place! The food was impressive too! The old school cartoons like the Flintstones and the jetsons were on the tv!!! It was like we went back in time to our childhoods!!! All y’all need is some old school arcade games lol… the staff was so polite!!! “I picked up dinner, so I can only speak to a couple things, but the employee who took the order in drive thru was super friendly, and sounded as if he was confident at what he was doing. We visit this McDonald's every Wednesday after practice, and we usually have a great experience, which is why tonight was so disappointing.

We placed our order at 9:14 PM on July 29, 2026. The young lady with the long black hair who was taking orders was extremely rude from the very beginning. I simply tried to explain something about our order at the first window, and she spoke to me like I was stupid. She was short with us, had a snappy attitude, wasn't listening to what we were saying, and overall made us feel like we were an inconvenience instead of valued customers.

When we pulled up to the second window, I politely tried to let the employee handing out the food know about our experience. Instead of listening, she simply shut the window in my face while I was trying to speak.

I completely understand that everyone has bad days, and customer service can be stressful. However, it's never okay to take those frustrations out on customers. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect.

We've been coming here every Wednesday after practice for a long time because we've always had good experiences. That's what made tonight so surprising and disappointing. I hope management addresses this so it doesn't happen to other customers.“
