“Fantastic royale cheesecake blizzard and chicken tenders. Cashier knew a little Spanish, enough to communicate with my bf's family and even got up to get us water cups with ice after we ordered! There's a corner booth that fits up to 6 people, perfect for us since we always have to pull up an extra chair. Overall a friendly place and a cozy vibe. All the tables are clean and organized, too!“

“This was my 2nd time eating at Five Guys. The first time was years ago in a totally different city. But as far as this particular location (Georgetown) I will say the customer service was stellar. My order was shy of $20 and that was just for a plain and dry Grilled cheese with a patty and a large Cajun fry. Don't judge me, I'm really plain and simple when it comes to burgers. I honestly hated the fries and threw them into the disposal. They did give me a lot of fries and I mean alot. I got what I paid for with the fries. The fries were overly seasoned and a tad bit spicy. I just couldn't find a liking to them. The burger was good but not worth the amount that I paid. The burger was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I will not ever eat at another Five Guys again simply because I can make my own food (I was just being lazy today) or I can go elsewhere and get the full benefit of the amount I paid. Again, the customer service was good and everyone seemed nice. The manger was doing an interview I believe when I was there but he took time to acknowledge my presence. Oh, the restaurant was pretty clean. I did end up waiting about 5 mins for my order since they were waiting on the fries to be completed. I had placed this order to go via online, so I'm glad I didn't wait long at all.“

The absolute highlight of our visit was the drive-thru staff. The young people working here are incredibly friendly and helpful. A huge shout-out to Shon, who assisted us with a genuine smile the entire time. Since we weren't familiar with the menu, his patience was much appreciated—he truly went above and beyond to help us figure out exactly what we wanted!

“I picked up dinner, so I can only speak to a couple things, but the employee who took the order in drive thru was super friendly, and sounded as if he was confident at what he was doing. Additionally, the food came to me as ordered, and hot! Sometimes, I feel like people are given “leftovers” as the food is cold and doesn’t taste fresh. However, that wasn’t the case here in Georgetown, off University Ave. I’m sure every place has its moments, but life is hard, and kindness, a smile, someone working to the best of their ability, always seems to make it a little better!“

“We went and dined in last night and we were sooooo impressed …whatever change you guys made was awesome!!! We went to dine in like a year ago and it was such a bad experience we walked out, but we figured we give it another chance and I’m glad we did! The place was SO CLEAN! You could tell that someone put their time and care back into the place! The food was impressive too! The old school cartoons like the Flintstones and the jetsons were on the tv!!! It was like we went back in time to our childhoods!!! All y’all need is some old school arcade games lol… the staff was so polite!!!
