“This was my second time coming here. I got the number 3 combo. My opinion is that the tenders by itself is the best along with the Dave’s sauce verses the sliders, and I love the vanilla shake. The fries and Mac and cheese are decent. The customer service was great both times I went. Not a place I’d visit often but every once in a while most def! Also, the first time I went through the drive through it was a bit long, but it didn’t bother me at all.“

“This was my 2nd time eating at Five Guys. The first time was years ago in a totally different city. But as far as this particular location (Georgetown) I will say the customer service was stellar. My order was shy of $20 and that was just for a plain and dry Grilled cheese with a patty and a large Cajun fry. Don't judge me, I'm really plain and simple when it comes to burgers. I honestly hated the fries and threw them into the disposal. They did give me a lot of fries and I mean alot. I got what I paid for with the fries. The fries were overly seasoned and a tad bit spicy. I just couldn't find a liking to them. The burger was good but not worth the amount that I paid. The burger was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I will not ever eat at another Five Guys again simply because I can make my own food (I was just being lazy today) or I can go elsewhere and get the full benefit of the amount I paid. Again, the customer service was good and everyone seemed nice. The manger was doing an interview I believe when I was there but he took time to acknowledge my presence. Oh, the restaurant was pretty clean. I did end up waiting about 5 mins for my order since they were waiting on the fries to be completed. I had placed this order to go via online, so I'm glad I didn't wait long at all.“

“Lately, orders have been incorrect and food is luke warm at best. Today the app didn't give me my discount and the gal said I had to contact corporate because they could not refund it there. Then on top of all that, my burgers were made incorrectly and not even close to hot.“

“I picked up dinner, so I can only speak to a couple things, but the employee who took the order in drive thru was super friendly, and sounded as if he was confident at what he was doing. Additionally, the food came to me as ordered, and hot! Sometimes, I feel like people are given “leftovers” as the food is cold and doesn’t taste fresh. We went to dine in like a year ago and it was such a bad experience we walked out, but we figured we give it another chance and I’m glad we did! The place was SO CLEAN! Jackson was so sweet, he brought my food to me and had genuine care for the customers. We were missing a fry and Neveah came out and fixed it for us super quick and made it smooth and easy. 5/5 customer service y’all!“

The Standout Service
The absolute highlight of our visit was the drive-thru staff. The young people working here are incredibly friendly and helpful. A huge shout-out to Shon, who assisted us with a genuine smile the entire time. Since we weren't familiar with the menu, his patience was much appreciated—he truly went above and beyond to help us figure out exactly what we wanted!

It is so rare to find a place that still serves chicken livers and gizzards, but Bush’s has them! The menu leans toward that wonderful, old-school Southern style. Some other highlights include:
