“This was my 2nd time eating at Five Guys. The first time was years ago in a totally different city. But as far as this particular location (Georgetown) I will say the customer service was stellar. My order was shy of $20 and that was just for a plain and dry Grilled cheese with a patty and a large Cajun fry. Don't judge me, I'm really plain and simple when it comes to burgers. I honestly hated the fries and threw them into the disposal. They did give me a lot of fries and I mean alot. I got what I paid for with the fries. The fries were overly seasoned and a tad bit spicy. I just couldn't find a liking to them. The burger was good but not worth the amount that I paid. The burger was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I will not ever eat at another Five Guys again simply because I can make my own food (I was just being lazy today) or I can go elsewhere and get the full benefit of the amount I paid. Again, the customer service was good and everyone seemed nice. The manger was doing an interview I believe when I was there but he took time to acknowledge my presence. Oh, the restaurant was pretty clean. I did end up waiting about 5 mins for my order since they were waiting on the fries to be completed. I had placed this order to go via online, so I'm glad I didn't wait long at all.“

“Walked in no greeting, seamed like it took forever just to order two foot long sandwich, the female there all it seamed like that she wanted to talk about some other person that use to work there, like I wanted to hear about that. And to too it off complaining how one called in sick. Now that's no my problem. When asked to speak with the manager she tells me he's not here, when asked about the female manager was told she no longer working her“

“Disappointed to say the least. Ordered 1 ice cream cup for my son 15 minutes ago and have yet to receive it nor has anyone came to my window to check on why I'm sitting here. Multiple cars have come and gone with their food.
And we have to leave to move on with our day, definitely frustrating.“

“I live much closer to the other Georgetown location but always come to this one. The service is better. It's not a nightmare to get in and out of like the other location. My order has been pretty consistently correct. And most importantly, I generally get fries that are actually warm.“

“This is probably one of the best sub restaurants in this area. I used to go to Port of subs a lot in Las Vegas and this place is relatively similar. They cut the meat and the cheese and the bread fresh right in front of you they just don't have a large selection of condiments but I typically get lettuce and tomato and onion and pickles and some vinegar and pepper and oregano and they have no problem with that.“

The place is clean and the service is friendly and they are very helpful especially if you are not familiar with the entree.
They have this new drink called Watermelon Mango Flavored Refresher amd man, that is a blast of refreshment! Its deliciouuuuuuuss! 😍 Try it!“

The Standout Service
The absolute highlight of our visit was the drive-thru staff. The young people working here are incredibly friendly and helpful. A huge shout-out to Shon, who assisted us with a genuine smile the entire time. Since we weren't familiar with the menu, his patience was much appreciated—he truly went above and beyond to help us figure out exactly what we wanted!
The Menu & Specials
It is so rare to find a place that still serves chicken livers and gizzards, but Bush’s has them! The menu leans toward that wonderful, old-school Southern style. Some other highlights include:
Wednesday Special: Great deals on bone-in chicken wings.
Senior Discounts: They offer nice discount plates for seniors.
The Rolls: Their yeast dinner rolls are light, fluffy, and delicious.
Flavor Profile: Perfect for those who prefer savory over spicy, as most items aren't very heat-heavy.
The Famous Tea
You can't mention Bush’s without talking about their famous tea. We love that you can buy it by the gallon. Their sweet tea is amazingly delicious (definitely a treat for those who love sugar!), but their unsweet tea is just as high-quality and refreshing.

“We went and dined in last night and we were sooooo impressed …whatever change you guys made was awesome!!! We went to dine in like a year ago and it was such a bad experience we walked out, but we figured we give it another chance and I’m glad we did! The place was SO CLEAN! You could tell that someone put their time and care back into the place! The food was impressive too! The old school cartoons like the Flintstones and the jetsons were on the tv!!! It was like we went back in time to our childhoods!!! All y’all need is some old school arcade games lol… the staff was so polite!!! It was the best and we will be coming back asap with my son to share this childhood memory that y’all allowed us to experience again! Thank y’all! 🥰“
