“FIRST TIME VISIT! I have to say, this is the nicest looking DQ I've ever been to, especially in TX. We all know Texas claims DQ as it's own and can be found in every city, even the smallest towns sprinkled throughout the state. These restaurants have all usually been around for decades so they're mostly well worn with limited upgrades. This one must be brand new? PROS: Good value for the price, good selection of food items to please everyone's appetites, food temps are on point and quality is decent to good. There is an outdoor, gated patio dining area with tables and chairs. The indoor dining area is clean. Ladies restroom was clean, auto-flush toilet, automated paper towel dispenser. There is a corn hole set up for kids near the restrooms. Such a cute idea! Food came out FAST! CONS: young staff, not yet seasoned to provide great customer service, at least it was efficient. Overall very impressed. Will be back!“
“The food was great, and the service was fast. However, I went through the drive thru, and I felt extremely rushed by the lady who took my order. I'm not really sure why she was rushing me. I was literally the only person there. I ordered 5 different meals, and I told her weather I wanted cheese on them, the size of the meal, and what I wanted to drink with all 5 meals, but when I received my food idk why or how she only got 2 of them 5 meals down. Didn't get anything of the other meals at all. I get it people have bad days. However, when I tried to talk to her about it. She got sh*ty with me like I did something wrong.“
“Exit 175 off highway I35 is the Jarrell/Q-mart and it is a valid truck stop with scales as well as showers there is eateries within the compound and next door with in walking distance from from truck parking for up to 10 trucks if they park correctly. You have Burger King, Taco Tex and Micheladas, pizza pie company, MCD’s, golden choice chicken. The restrooms are vast and extremely clean, the store is very well stocked with souvenirs as well as anything for snacks and the truckers entrance. There 3 showers. Nice and hot water, clean like most stops. Nice area. Not very populated and kinda quiet. If you are bob tail easy parking is usually found. Great stop for travelers to rest and park up front about 10 spaces up front for personal vehicles and of course up front parking. As far as staff goes, Juan the manager is excellent very kind and busy and is very professional. The associate across from him, kinda young and needs a little work in being professional but I’m sure within time she will perform maybe half as well as her manager. Obviously he does great everything is in tip top shape and extremely clean that it makes a frequent traveler want to make it a regular stop on the way thru. Trust me I know, I travel not as often as I would like but at least once a year. Excellent place and truck stop. I would rate it probably a 8, only because like I said management was great but staff member (young female) needs to learn to be professional. Also the parking factor for a truck driver of course. Either way still great place to stop buy and eat.“
“I arrived here with a sick teenager, a car covered in vomit and pretty desperate as I had over 150 miles left to go in my journey. The staff at the Qmart were helpful, friendly and compassionate. They helped me get my teenager a shower, recommended products to clean my car, told me where the water hose was to clean bits of my car and were helpful in my multiple encounters with them over the 2 hour time frame it took to clean my car enough to drive again.Thank you to the lovely grey haired cashier at the front (sorry I didn't catch your name), Saria and Juan. “This is one of the better McDonald's that are open early they're always consistent I wish they would stay on top of that frappe machine but Texas heat and overuse I think it's a supply and demand issue lol, it's a clean place easily accessible off of two different streets. The staff are always happy ? my favorite thing is to get in line early in the morning and order my breakfast and then sit there and let everybody get while buying is there a breakfast I find it is a warm fuzzy that I can eat and enjoy at the same time they get all upset and then they get their and their breakfast is free. Love it random acts of kindness got to love it“
“Hands down some of the best customer service I have seen. Which was such a blessing having just come from the Popeyes in the same building. The Wendy's staff were helpful, made sure I had what I needed. Asked if there was anything else they could do to make my experience any better. Perfect example of customer service. I want to thank the team that worked there today. Amazing people.“

You made tonight’s Taco Bell experience one of the greatest I’ve ever had, you were very sweet and soft spoken and quick to help resolve the issues I was having with the digital kiosk, in my frustrations you were quickly able to bring a smile back to my face when we started talking about missing having the pressure of someone in front of you to order your food vs dealing with a screen and having so many options to choose from thank you so much again for your patience and hospitality during our interaction if I ever cut back through town I very much look forward to stopping back by this location in the future if given the chance.P.s. i absolutely loved your split dyed hair! Also i found it kind of entertaining that the store is still new enough that it smells like a Lowe’s/Home Depot/hardware store lol.“

“Ive been there a few time lately and I'm pleased with the service. One thing that has gotten my attention is that I've asked some workers how their job experience is and some have told me that their manager doesn't let them get lunch brakes through the entire day. Maybe take a look into that but besides that I love the service provided!“
