“Such a cute small shop! The lady was really sweet, kinda shy but nice nonetheless. And omg the mangonadas were fantastic! I got a couple paletas to take home to my daughter and they were all just so good! We'll definitely be going back more often!“
“FIRST TIME VISIT! I have to say, this is the nicest looking DQ I've ever been to, especially in TX. We all know Texas claims DQ as it's own and can be found in every city, even the smallest towns sprinkled throughout the state. These restaurants have all usually been around for decades so they're mostly well worn with limited upgrades. This one must be brand new? PROS: Good value for the price, good selection of food items to please everyone's appetites, food temps are on point and quality is decent to good. There is an outdoor, gated patio dining area with tables and chairs. The indoor dining area is clean. Ladies restroom was clean, auto-flush toilet, automated paper towel dispenser. There is a corn hole set up for kids near the restrooms. Such a cute idea! Food came out FAST! CONS: young staff, not yet seasoned to provide great customer service, at least it was efficient. Overall very impressed. Will be back!“
“I recently came here a few weeks ago to see if my teen can work here and Darwin (GM) discussed terms to hire her in future so we continue to come here to get a burger/fry fix and when I come he always greets us by name and makes us feel like we are pretty special ! The food is always spot on and delicious every time! This is my teens fav spot and can’t wait to get employed when timing is right soon! I feel the experience here is better than most places in town and always recognizes us as patrons of this new Sonic! Leaving this place makes us feel special and appreciated for dropping by for a great meal! I highly recommend it ! Thank you to the sweet staff members and Darwin !“
“My favorite place from my recent trip to Salado. I had a scoop of the wild blueberry and a scoop of the lemon sorbet and the mix was wonderful. Owner was kind and genuine and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. All items made from scratch and organic. Highly recommend stopping in and trying pretty much anything. I'll definitely be back in!“

“I got a snowcone today- size medium with ice cream added, half Tigers Blood, half Piña Colada. It was super good: lots of ice cream, plenty of syrup, and even though this picture doesn't do it justice, it was the size of my head. It was super good and exactly what I was craving! The guy there was also really nice, so that was cool! Highly recommended.“
