Best sorbetto (sorbet) I've ever had. Was down in Salado to see the Clydesdales with my 11 month old. Shes never had sorbet yet so i figured this was a great place to give her a treat. Great ingredients. I got the wild blueberry. There were actually little wild blueberries in it. I also got Gelato, which was also delicious. Definitely can't go anywhere else now. Also the woman behind the counter was very sweet.
What a wonderful experience coming into Vecchio Pallino: the host was welcoming and informative about their products and his presentation reflected his pride in the quality of what they serve - I love it! It was just an exquisite experience! Our gelato and drinks were fabulous!

My favorite place from my recent trip to Salado. I had a scoop of the wild blueberry and a scoop of the lemon sorbet and the mix was wonderful. Owner was kind and genuine and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. All items made from scratch and organic. Highly recommend stopping in and trying pretty much anything. I'll definitely be back in!
