“Crumbl has become a great adventure for our family as we like to check out the weekly favorite flavors and then we vote as a family. My love for Crumbl started when an avid Crumbl fan brought in cookies to share with me at work so now I always take an extra few cookies to share with others so that they can try Crumbl for their first time or enjoy it for another time!“

“If a sugar coma for your kids or yourself is the goal, then this is the right place. The food is colorful and fun, so you know it's loaded with that artificial goodness. Don't take your kids here cause the results will be regular trips back again and again. So, if you're not ready for a strong slury of sugars or a committed relationship, don't come here. Cause you will find both. I have been here a handful of times. ok, let's be honest more than a handful of times. and as a big guy, I know my sugars. My kids are now addicted and I can't wait to move so I can free my family from this life cycle of addition.“

“I was extremely late in placing an order for cookies to be delivered to my dads house yesterday for his birthday and decided to use the chat feature on warm cookie co's website. While using the chat feature, I noticed that the online ordering system said they were not taking orders currently (approx 3PM on Monday) and notified the person behind the chat. The woman behind the chat said that she would be happy to accommodate my last minute order and personally hand deliver the cookies to my dad's house by my requested time (7PM same day). She gave me instructions on how I could call the store to make payment over the phone and I did just that. The girl working at the store let me know that they were actually closed on Monday but if the owner of the store said she would do it, I could very well trust her! I am so thankful for the owners thoughtfulness and willingness to help out when I am the one who did no research before reaching out and waited last minute to place the order. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate my request and I am so so grateful! They have earned themselves a loyal customer <3 Thanks again Warm Cookie Co!“

“I have been coming here since they have opened. Always get smoothies. Today tho…… these smoothies were AWFUL!!!! It’s no exaggeration. Couldn’t even get it through the straw. So when I took the lid off to get a sip it was definitely NOT what I orders. I orders a “mango,pineapple,kiwi” smoothie. But what I got was an ice block of kiwi water??? I drove all the way back and she was very rude about the situation. Remade it but it still was not right. My boyfriend’s “strawberry,pineapple,mango” smoothie was filled with ice chips and had some sort of white cream in it. NEITHER ONE OF OUR SMOOTHIES WERE SWEET. Like this was awful!!!! My first ever bad experience here. But it was the attitude that got me.“

“I had a 30-minute lunch break and decided to swing by Freddy’s since their drive-through was empty. I ordered a chili cheese dog meal, and the cashier asked if I wanted onions. I said yes, and chose a large Pepsi for my drink. When I got back to work and opened my container, it was just a chili dog—no cheese, no onions. ? But I was hungry and short on time, so I ate it anyway. Just disappointed that my order wasn’t correct.“

“Such a cute small shop! The lady was really sweet, kinda shy but nice nonetheless. And omg the mangonadas were fantastic! I got a couple paletas to take home to my daughter and they were all just so good! We'll definitely be going back more often!“

“Server had a real attitude when she brought my order. I couldn't get the card reader to work. I gave her my card and she rolled her eyes and walked away with it. 5 minutes before she came back and didn't say a word, just handed card a walked away.“
