“We got here three years ago this month and this place is exponentially better than when we first got here. The service is so awesome now. I’m hooked on the cheesecake blizzards so we frequent this location a lot and they’re so awesome there. Heck yeah !!“
“Just used the drive thru for breakfast and coffee and the staff were responsive and nice. The coffee was great and the breakfast wraps were tasty. Will be back to try other menu items. Also staff put plenty of napkins in bag unlike other places.“
“I went to the drive-thru for ice cream. I ordered a peanut buster parfait for me and specifically requested a small, tiny blop of ice cream in a small cup for my small dog. I paid for both ($8.xx), and they handed me a full plain ice cream in a cup. I explained to the extremely nice young man that I only wanted a plop, as it was for my super small dog. He then said, "Oh!! A pup cup!!" And turned and got me exactly what I requested. He haned me the cup, and some woman, I'm assuming a manager or team lead, raised her voice to him and told him "I don't ever want to see you put the ice cream in that container ever again." She was beyond rude to this young man. Not to mention that I paid for a full ice cream, as I know a PBP is not $8!! As he handed me my parfait, I thanked him and told him she was rude to him and it was uncalled for. He blew it off, which is fine. It shows his character and excellent home training. (Thanks to whomever his mom and dad are. You raised him right!!!) But that woman's attitude, demeanor, and rudeness were completely uncalled for. If he made a mistake, hey, we all do, correct him kindly, and NOT in front of a customer!!! I hope management sees this. I hope the young man working the drive thru on Thursday, February 22nd, at about 4:30PM sees this too. Sir, keep that great attitude!!! I have no doubt you'll go far in life!!!“
“Very good Italian ice. Cotton candy is my favorite. My 1 warning to people is if you order the half gallon I would recommend transferring it to a different container. The lid is very hard to open and breaks easily my first or second time opening it the lid broke into a ton of small pieces and I got out as much as I could and I must have end up swallowing a piece because the next day I was defecating blood. (Dark/upper GI) Could have been a coincidence but I'm pretty sure it was because of that. But I'll still be coming back for more.“

“I elected to take my daughter along with her friends and the environment was pretty nice. The girls enjoyed the vending machines and games. They won quite a few plush toys. The ice cream was so good. Each girl elected to do the rolled process for mint and cookies and cream. I had a strawberry waffle with one scoop of vanilla ice cream along with 3 strawberry wafers. It was so delicious. I will most definitely be returning to try their boba teas.“
“Quiet little ice cream, coffee, shakes and snack parlor. No one was there tonight. Loved the peace and quiet. This one sits in the center by the new Chic Bakery and Church's Chicken off Stan Schlueter Loop near Littlerock. Staff was friendly. The place was clean.“
“I have just recently moved to Killeen Texas and I have shown up to Freddy's twice and I will say both times have been excellent! Not only is the food excellent and has been consistent but also the staff has gone above and beyond each time! They have been more than friendly and the service has been stellar! The custard is always nice and flavorful, the food comes out hot and perfect! I will definitely be coming back often as their customer service has been above and beyond!“
“I saw a commercial for the buffalo chicken sliders for $2.99, and thought I would give it a try. I have a doordashed from this location before without issues but since I haven’t been doing that in a while, I noticed something changed with their drive-through line… Every car hop was taken so I decided to go through the drive-through since there was no line. After placing my order, I was left, confused as to what to do next because they no longer took payments at the window. There’s just a big sign that signs pull forward and enjoy our new routine or something like that. I saw one car hop open, but was thinking to myself - how would they know it’s me? I overthought too much and just parked at the “Pick Up Here” sign.My brain started panicking because people behind me also doing drive thru orders were pulling into the car hop spots. Then I thought, how do I pay? Will she come get my card? Then all of a sudden, ten minutes sitting there, people in the car hops started getting their food. Finally the two ladies noticed me, and took care of my payment and order. But next time, could the person getting orders help a sis out and tell me to pull forward or park in a spot? Lemme know how y’all functioning so another sista don’t feel lost. ?Food was good. Just keep a heads up it can get very very very busy around lunch - so try to get the app and order ahead if ya can.“
“The owner is always nice and pleasant. The young man that's normally there is also always kind and polite as well. I appreciate how the owner engages with the kiddos, and the ice cream selection is just right. My husband will only eat the strawberry shortcake from here. All the dipped cones are great!
