“I’m a little upset. I waited over 20 minutes for my meal and it was wrong :( . I had the taste for tender basket so I order three six piece tender basket meals but got chicken fried steak basket instead. It was still good but really wanted tenders. Was too tired to go back. Next time I’ll check my order before pulling out.“

They are never open when they are supposed to be. I looked up their hours ahead of time, and went 35 mins after they were supposed to open to locked doors. Annoyed but at least I didn't waste a ton of time. Their wait times are terrible when I normally go, and I usually get ignored for a while. I work in food service so I get it, but I also understand what service, even mediocre, is supposed to look like. They don't get paid enough, but still“

“I'm hooked on the coconut Italian ice. It's sooo good. It's like eating a real coconut, the texture and the flavor. The flavor isn't overpowering and it's just the right amount of sweet. It's so refreshing on a hot Texas day. I love that I can get a half gallon to keep in my freezer at home for just $10 I used to be a big fan of a well known snow cone place but their prices are ridiculous, they take too long to serve you, and the product has changed but since I've found Jeremiahs I haven't looked back. Jeremiahs is affordable, faster, and a million times a better product.“

“The staff is awesome. My 4 stars simply is for this Sonic. You MUST bring cash to tip here. I find it very very frustrating that management or Corp. Has not made it easier to tip staff. Half the time the screens don't work and you can't write one in... its irritating. It's not staffs fault. They are always great. Just make sure you bring cash.“
