The staff is normally courteous but lately it seems like some have forgotten how to listen to what the customer wants or to even know what is on the menu. The toppings for each item on the menu are clearly spelled out yet it seems like a guessing game as to what we're going to get. There's even a strange guy who is determined to put ketchup on everything and to give extra ketchup packets even after being told no. The place has gotten to be weird. I haven't had a chzburger in a very long time. Today I received this text, "$1.99 Qtr Pound Double Chzburgers TODAY w/ code BURGER for logged in SONIC App/online users or mention @ the drive-in 12/12. Lmt 5. +Tax/addons Txt STOP to end" and decided today was the day to have a chzburger. I was concerned it would not meet my expectations. I ordered it with mayo, lettuce, and tomato; Y'ALL! It did not disappoint!!! It was PERFECT! Thank you so much!

I understand it's Halloween and they are super busy bc im a cook at a local restaurant but learn to read tickets bc when I pay for something to have bacon and jalapeños I expect it to have what I requested on it then when you call to try and get something done about it no one ever answers the
