“The Copperas Cove location did great today! My order was correct and I got it really fast, which I especially appreciate when I'm in a hurry in the morning. The drive-through employee was very friendly and polite. I am grateful for the free breakfast item they give away on Grati Tuesdays. I prefer Chick-fil-A over other fast food restaurants because they still offer healthy options like fresh fruit, salads, and Greek yogurt. My daughter enjoys playing on the playground. I like that the playground has a glass wall so you can see your child, but not hear all the children's noise while trying to enjoy your meal. The restaurant is clean and well-stocked. Thank you, Chick-fil-A!“

Taco Bell three doesn't have beef tacos and the sauce tastes different.

“This is by far the cleanest subway, hell the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen. We love going in especially if Tasha is working. She is very friendly and a very hard worker. She never makes you feel like you're bothering her, like some workers do. I think she should get a promo, or a raise. She the best employee they have. “I’m giving five stars because the lady who took my order and money was very nice and I felt really good Energy! From my receipt, it looks like the girl’s name is Ariana. My only concern, is that the fish fillets are significantly smaller than the ones that I get in Lampasas, however, Still delicious and fresh!“

“The young lady that helped me tonight (10/24, 12 am) was so very nice and helpful. She was attentive to my order and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there and took my order with care. I meant to tip her and wasn’t paying attention and held my card to the reader before my order totaled so it went through before I could choose a tip 😫 I didn’t get her name but I hope she’s commended for her awesome customer service!“

“I’m a little upset. I waited over 20 minutes for my meal and it was wrong :( . I had the taste for tender basket so I order three six piece tender basket meals but got chicken fried steak basket instead. It was still good but really wanted tenders. Was too tired to go back. Next time I’ll check my order before pulling out.“

“We went in honestly not expecting a whole lot, but we ended up being really impressed. Everyone working there was super friendly, attentive, and actually seemed to care about making sure we had a good experience. Both the GM and the manager were great and made us feel welcome from the moment we came in.

The lobby was really clean too, and we loved all the Texas stuff they had around the restaurant. It gave the place a nice local feel.

Overall, we were really surprised by how good the experience was. Good customer service can be hard to come by sometimes, so when you find a place where the staff actually cares, it’s definitely worth mentioning. We’ll be back!“

“Update 3 years later: theres a new manager, and the place is much better! I love their ice cream, and they get to you quickly and politely. The place inside could stand to be a bit tidier but other than that its great!

They are never open when they are supposed to be. I looked up their hours ahead of time, and went 35 mins after they were supposed to open to locked doors. Annoyed but at least I didn't waste a ton of time. Their wait times are terrible when I normally go, and I usually get ignored for a while. I work in food service so I get it, but I also understand what service, even mediocre, is supposed to look like. They don't get paid enough, but still“
