While eating I had the joy of watching another customer storm up to the register and complain and shout at the girl at the counter. It was handled professionally and the staff member kept her cool while being shouted at. Good job.“

It sounded good.So.i drove from Belton too Killeen on my way home from work and picked up 6 rost beef and two fries for my family. The cashier working the drive through had the dest customer service and at the window she had a even digger smile. It's so refreshing to see an employee going up and beyond to make me smile and feel welcome. So a dig shout out to Mrs.T at store AR6673 ON 10/28/21 in Killeen Tx.“

“This is a decent DQ. It's a hit or miss at times. Some days I can go in and the ice cream shakes and ice cream orders are phenomenal. Other times it's not so great. So, I'm assuming it's whoever's on shift. But when they're good, THEY'RE GOOD! I do notice sometimes they're under staffed so that could be a reason for the hit or miss service but it's overall worth a stop if you're in the area. The workers are mostly pleasant and very sweet.“

I had the Pollotrami (yes, chicken and pastrami — and yes, it’s incredible). My husband had the Tripleta, stacked with flavor and gone in minutes. These sandwiches don’t play around.

It continues to go up and you would save money going anywhere else because they charge Ney York and Jersey prices. What you spend there you could get 2 more pizza at others.“

“I came in today at 3pm with my family. A young lady by the name of Destiny took our order. She was thorough and sweet. She checked the order before she put it in. The tables were all clean. The fountain drink area was clean as well. We were very impressed. Didn't have to wait too long for our food. Looks like this place has cleaned up a lot. Staff was great.“

This post was to say more or less that Jack in the Box is the new McDonald’s because their machine is always down and I love Sonic with a passion especially since I got what I wanted in a timely manner“

“I havent ever left a review for this place and I always frequent this one since it's near my house but first I wanna say I can't remember his name but I love coming when the older gentleman is on the front counter because I know my stuff is gonna be right. I always order the veggie patty salad and it never disappoints. Today was an exceptional day though. I don't know what the sweet young lady's name is that has the short short haircut and cute funky glasses, but I want to commend her for knowing her food safety. To the management and owners, she was absolutely impeccable. The only reason this is a comment is because as she was making my salad she went to cut the veggie patti and I was like no you don't have to cut it and she was like well it's easier for me to be able to pick it up. At the time, when I saw that I was like this is garbage salad now but I ended up telling her the reason I don't like anything cut with that knife is cause ya'll take the knife and use it everywhere then stick it back in that water. She schooled me. She very respectfully, politely and matter-of-factly told me it's not water it's sanitizer and that it has to be changed every 4 hours. She was like don't worry it's not just water; it's more like when you have bleach water in your sink at home. She was like if anyone is a good employee, they know the water has to be changed every 4 hours, but it is for cleaning and if you have questions about anything just ask. I was absolutely floored and impressed. I did tell her I didn't know that as long as I have been coming there and didn't like it when they would do that cause I thought it was just water yall were swishing it around in. She was like no, no that's not what it is, trust me. Coming from someone who is certified as a ServSafe Manager, your employee did an amazing job and thorough job explaining the process and how it works and I want you to please reward her. Also, please do not stop being the only location in Killeen that doe my salad. I can't get it anywhere else, I've tried.“

“I don’t typically leave reviews for fast food. But listen, it 12:38pm. I ordered at 12pm, my food was in my hand by 12:05pm. I’m still here enjoying my food in the parking lot. The parking lot is clean. In this area, huh? And then the first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the air conditioner is pristine. Okay, cool. Love that. And then I had to use the bathroom. Baby, listen, they clean those things regularly. I’m always anxious of public bathrooms but this one was clean, stocked and smelled amazing. Is that weird to say? Idk, but i was grateful! But let me not leave out the two gentlemen inside. I only saw the two. Maybe there was more but those are all I saw. Both smiling, both working and both friendly. Idk what this location pays but bump their pay for sure because wow. I have such a hard time finding good customer service in Killeen. These two were top tier. “I’m very shy and introverted. Normally I prefer to order everything online and disengage with people. Well today I was driving and was hungry so I pulled into this location. Let me tell you. It was clean, smelled great, not empty and not to full. I was expecting to wait a little because someone was ordering. But as soon as I step up to the plate “order here” I was surprised and greeted with a smile for another employee. She was very knowledgeable and gave all sorts of recommendations even towards the end they told me how I can not only save money today but also in the future! What kind of businesses do that these days? The kind that has earned a repeat customer, I tell you that! Before it was just the food (online pickup or delivery), now it’s also a pleasant experience to go inside and share a smile!“
