“I had friends to take me out to dinner to celebrate my 28th Sobriety Birthday. My meal got kinda mixed up with one of my friends. . . I got her med well steak and she got my med rare steak. I ordered salad without croutons but got croutons,I asked for baked potato but they had run out of baked so I ended up with mashed. My night of "celebration" but it seems that my meal was the only one "affected". . . go figure. . . LOL Not to worry,all the issues were solvable by myself but I had to laugh. . . what was the chances that any issues were placed on my meal. . . LOL I spoke with both of our waiters about the laughable situation. . .they reported it to the Manager who was led to believe it was a total disaster so he came to the table to make things right and I had to let him in on the laughable situation as well. ALL of us had a huge laugh over the situation. In the Managers efforts to make things better (so to speak) made sure that my dessert came out first and this is what I ended up with. I haven't had as much fun as I had tonight in a long time. Outback was my choice for tonight and it will be my choice again in the future. Staff was FABULOUS and THANK YOU for making this an even better day of "celebration".”

While waiting on the tacos I saw the Hangout and figure I'd just get some wings too. We ended up getting Korean Sweet & Sour wings, which were so delicious and we also got smoothies that were made with real fruit the were sooo good. I will be a return customer for sure. “The Nashville hot wings are where it’s at. There’s a lot of restaurants that pack their hot wings in sauce that will send you into a meltdown. These were delicious. Hot, but not too hot, definitely didn’t want any ranch or anything because the smokiness on these babies was perfect. The pricing was more than affordable and serving size was pretty generous. 10/10 I hope this place is open next time I’m in the area because they beat other wing joints by a long shot.”

The environment was spotless—tables were clean, floors were well-maintained, and even the condiment station was tidy. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place in top shape, which I really appreciated. It made dining there a lot more comfortable knowing everything was so well cared for.

On top of that, the food was fresh and delicious. Whether you’re grabbing some crispy chicken or their famous rolls, you know you’re getting quality. Overall, Golden Chick is a great spot for good food, friendly faces, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

We were seated quickly and our server, Valshon, (sorry if misspelled) quickly came to take our drinks order and engage us in conversation. He was a delightful young man, very personable, with outstanding customer service. He constantly checked on us and took our food order too. He made us feel like valued customers and even brought my wife a brownie and ice cream desert for her birthday. The food was great. But the star of the show was our server, whose customer service skills were fantastic. He makes a customer want to come back. And we will.”

“We order from there usually once a week and love their food but they have been making mistakes on the orders recently. Leaving out parts of the order. When you call voicemail is full and they say text but don't respond. Their food is worth the money but not when you don't get all of your order. Not everyone can just drive back up there. I am recovering from surgery and unable to drive. Make sure no matter the rush to check them because they don't care once they get paid. Perception is reality.”

While eating I had the joy of watching another customer storm up to the register and complain and shout at the girl at the counter. “I loved Coqui Cafe. Family owned and operated- gotta love it. The coffee was fresh and tasty, which isn't the easiest thing todo when running a restaurant.
You could get away with some old burnt bean water and l'd probably still enjoy it, but this coffee was the real deal. I ordered a classic breakfast and a waffle, both of which were truly yummy and fun to eat. I dock .5 star because there are infomercials on the TV that are playing so loud I got a notification on my Apple Watch that I may be at risk of hearing damage if I don't leave. Frankly, I enjoyed the infomercials, it's just that I already need my wife to repeat herself due to my hearing. It's never really a big deal or anything in our relationship, but there have been a few times here and there where I say "what?" And "I'm so sorry honey, one more time what did you say?" And I can see that she is genuinely baffled that I missed what she said again. She's the best though, can't dream up a better partner to have for the rest of my life and we go on walks which is how we really communicate and connect about our week and all that.”

The menu is in Spanish but the staff is good at translating to English for those of us who aren’t fluent in Spanish. This is now our favorite treat spot. I highly recommend going for snacks or treats or just a good place to have a cooling drink and hangout.”

I had no idea where they had moved to after first having tried the food years ago, until I saw a couple of workers walk out of the back that I remembered. I knew then I was in the right place for Fried Ribs. My greens weren't as good as what I remembered, and my Mac in Cheese was ok. The banana pudding was also ok. The Kool-aid was on point, and the service was all with smiles. I felt like I was at home while waiting for my food. I recommend if you want the best Fried Ribs in town.”

I decided to try something small.... given Ive been disappointed from other seafood places.....so I ordered the crab bites and egg roll box.....OMG!! It was AMAZING!!!!!! The crab cakes were so full of crab!!!! Waaaayyy more than I expected or have gotten from other places. The egg rolls and her special sauces were even better!!!! I brought it home and shared it with my husband and teenage daughter so they could all sample it.... They were just as pleased as I was!!! I ended up going back an hour later for the crab fried rice and another egg roll box... I am thoroughly pleased!!! I will be back!! My favorite dish so far are those crab egg rolls!!”

I got a regular taco plate and my daughter looked at me like I was an extreme lunatic because the noise that came out of my mouth after I took the first bite was unidentifiable as a human noise. It was amazing! we finished our plates in the car, we didn't even make it into the house. I just don't recommend driving while enjoying, the enjoyment will overwhelm to the point that you can't even focus on driving. “I say yes only because my son wanted pizza and seemed to enjoy it. He gave it a thumbs up. I like to go new places and try new things so my kids have lots of first time experiences. This place seemed to have rave reviews at one point but that seems to have died down a bit. Personally, the crust was too thin for me & I've never ordered an all meat pizza that was as oily as this one was. It wasn't worth the 21.99 plus automatic gratuity in my opinion. For 25.00 (even in this economy) I would've expected something more than your typical run on the mill pizza. I'm sure this is a family run and owned pizza place that's possibly retired military, so that's the only thing that would have me give them my business again. No one verbally greets you when you enter, they just smile at you slightly which is a bit off-putting to be honest. The person at the counter taking our order was very nice however & explained to me why there were no prices listed. I like to know how much things are when considering ordering. They have to tell you the price per item you're interested in because the owner changes the prices frequently (never heard of that). Expect to spend a lot here if you were to purchase lunch or dinner for your entire family. If I was able to give stars on a scale of 1 to 5 I would give 3. It's not out if this world amazing, but it's also not the worst ever. I give them an A for being able to remain open all things considered.”

The Orange Chicken crispy and hot and offered a refreshing citrus tang that was both sweet and savory. The Sesame Chicken was tender, crispy, hot and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness and crunch. Overall, a fantastic experience with consistently excellent dishes. Five stars. All the chicken was really crispy and hot.”
