“Lovely environment! The place is clean, the tables give you intimacy options (think from a date to a study group sizes) and there are two tables outside to enjoy the sun. The service is great and the ladies working the last time I was there were sweet, quick, polite and even came outside to let me and my guest know that they were going to close up. The blended drink I had was so good I had to order another and my guest said her drinks and food were phenomenal. Everything smells amazing as soon as you walk in. We made it our new spot to catch up and hang out. I wouldn't trade this place for any big name coffee anywhere! 10/10 - definitely recommend!“
“The food was really good! I love IHOP but haven't been in years. Went today for lunch and was very pleased! Our server was just the right amount of attentive. She seemed to check on us at the perfect time, each time! She was easily one of the best servers I've ever met. I'm sorry, I did not catch her name, and I regret it because she deserves a raise ?The food was nice and hot and hadn't been sitting and came out fairly quickly. One thing regarding food, they were out of Iced coffee? Like whyyy lol.That being said, the younger lady with a bone? As a nose ring that was at the welcome desk thing? She was embarrassingly awful. While everyone else was super friendly and welcoming, she was literally laying against the wall and slamming our menus on her podium, one at a time. She also had this almost disgusted look on her face when interacting with us. She didn't say a single word, just stared miserably. I could even see the tension between her and her other co workers. They really need to put someone more welcoming up front and let her clean tables. “Someone told me about this place years ago. Every time I come here the lady that takes my order at the window is always so kind and just a joy to talk to. The menu is simple but yet still so many choices if that makes sense. I've ordered the red velvet stack and it's amazing, but a friend ordered the butter pecan stack and I haven't gone back to the red velvet! I'm sure all the waffles are delicious I'm just too nervous to try other flavors! The bacon is delicious & the chicken is always so amazing!!! Even though their lobby isn't open the ambience of this place is absolutely amazing! I would recommend this place over any waffle place!“
