“i haven’t been to dennys in over a decade because last time i had went, my whole family got sick and the food wasn’t the greatest. i came to this dennys in killeen on jan 19, 2025 for a birthday celebration for one of my family members and we had the greatest experience. our server, greyson, was so amazing and kind, she had a smile that seemed so genuine and pure ! then the cook who had made our food did an absolutely amazing job, even came to our table and had thanked one of my family members for a challenge because she had ordered one of her food items a certain way that is very rare/ uncommonly asked. he was a dark/ light skinned guy and he was the sweetest ever! even gave us a little back story on his cooking career. i had spoken to nae, i believe her name was, and even though the conversation was quick, she was very attentive in the conversation and kind. thank you all for the greatest experience, we will definitely be returning customers!“

“If I could give them negative that's what they would get.I am not the one that complains because i used to be a server so i understand thangs happens but this was a total disaster. 1st they attempt to set us a dirty table. Then she seat our Rolls on the host table and a man was breathing over them then she try to give it to us. I should have known this wasn't going to be a good nite. I asked for my Salmon to have extra blacken they take it back they put it on the grill n she brings the same one back that is a no no in the food industry. I send everything back no sir I will Not have anything that is freaking disgusting.“

“The food here is genuinely amazing. If you want food that looks as good as it tastes, you need to go here. The Philly Cheesesteak is one of the best things I've eaten here, and the number of fries they give you with each meal never disappoints. This is the only place I eat in the mall anymore and there's a good reason why.“

“I've been here 4 times now and it’s officially in my regular rotation. Love the food and the atmosphere. I grabbed the Gold Membership on my 2nd visit—the weekly deals are totally worth it. I did have one visit where the food came out cold and took a while, but the other times have been great. Overall, highly recommend.“

“Went many times and was told they had no chicken fried steak. This place has really turned around last month or so. Have not been told no chicken fried steak. Food quality very good.staff friendly. Only negative I can say the front door needs cleaned, but I do highly recommend“

“Listen. The food is good. Is it expensive? I don’t know, my husband always pays. Is it legitimately good? Yes. Order anything at all and dip it in their house made Jalapeno ranch. You will not regret it. It’s a family friendly restaurant until like 9pm then it’s a proper bar. Pet friendly all the time. Karaoke on the weekends, a good mix of 20-30-40 year old crowd. I never feel like the oldest person here even though I am old, but the young people are also here having a good time. Good pool tables and friendly regulars. Every single bartender/staff is an absolute gem. I’ve never been a bar person, but Jokers has become our date night spot. One of the few things I’m going to miss about Killeen when we move. The music is a *little* loud on weekends but as I said, I am a late 30s old person.“

“We went here Sunday as a group of 4, and had the absolute best experience, our waiter met us at the door and held it for us, my mother in laws burger had ketchup and she didn’t want ketchup she had asked them just wipe off the ketchup add mustard that’s fine, the made her a whole new burger and fries, we never had to ask for drink refill, we got out chips and salsa refilled twice! I wish I could remember our waiters name, he was phenomenal and the reason we definitely will be back in hopes he’s there, he is an entire vibe by himself and you will have a great time with him around. Kudos to Chilis for hiring such a great waiter! We truly had a great experience and most of it was him and the food was delicious!“

“Went to the Killeen location and to begin , this was my first time , apon telling the host she informed me of all the things they do and how wonderful the company is ! While the host was amazing, I had an issue with my server , the restaurant was almost empty and it still took him over 25 minutes to even get our drink order and another 15 before we got them and was able to order, when ordering he made a point to make me feel bad about my food allergy (had to modify a sandwich) then got the order wrong. While he was absolutely unprofessional and had no business working there , the manager on call was quick to fix the issue ! 10/10 will come back for the way he handled the situation and made me a happy customer!“

“The Build Your Burger was made to order. The burger was cooked thoroughly and it was nice and juicy. The lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles were fresh. The Spill the Bourbon Burger is basically the same as the 1st Burger described, but with a bourbon like BBQ sauce and 4 long pieces of freshly cooked bacon. It was a little greasy, but i think the bacon got added straight from the grill I believe . The Wake and Burger was just like the 1st 2 burgers described, but with an egg made to order and shoestring hashbrowns added. The regular fries were steak fries,freshly cooked and were lightly salted and tasty. The seasoned fries are as described as the regular fries, but obviously seasoned with various seasonings, crispy and very tasty. The Burger Den is located in Dennys and I do recommend this place if you have a craving for burgers that almost taste like home grilled burgers.“
