“The blueberry pancakes with lemon custard were absolutely outstanding! The pancakes were light and fluffy, and the lemon custard added the perfect balance of sweetness and a bright citrus flavor. Every bite was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. We will definitely back to try more items on the menu when we back in Waco. Highly recommend this breakfast spot!“

“The food here is soo good! We came back each morning on our short weekend stay in Waco. We tried the eggs, omelette, breakfast burrito and all were delicious. Just try the pancakes you will not be disappointed.
Service was friendly and fast.
Our only critique would be they need to improve the coffee. Just stop watering it down and it will be better. We got Americanos that were just mostly water.
Overall great breakfast place with delicious food. Would come back again.“

“We ate at Waco Waffle today. They had a lot of business but still got everyone in and with their food in an impressively timely manner. We actually had a small medical issue with our son and the owner was so helpful, wise, and kind. The food was really good but the people there are even better. 5 stars all the way. Thank you. (and our granddaughter loved watching the water wheel at the big window)“
