Every bite is absolutely phenomenal, and their outside seating on a warm spring day just pulls the entire picture together. My family and I came before I gave birth and after with our new baby, and the staff was so excited for me and fawned over my family like they were part of it. “My favorite place from my recent trip to Salado. I had a scoop of the wild blueberry and a scoop of the lemon sorbet and the mix was wonderful. Owner was kind and genuine and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. All items made from scratch and organic. Highly recommend stopping in and trying pretty much anything. It was delicious.Parking: I suspect that their parking lot gets full when it is busy at dinner time, but there is free street parking right out front.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking right out front with almost no slope to the sidewalk coming in. They have tables and chairs so it would be very easy to put a wheelchair at just about any table in the place. The bathroom is spacious with bars on 2 walls.”

“This is a super cute coffee bar in downtown Belton. It’s special because it’s inside a train car! This makes for a very unique atmosphere that I enjoyed being inside of. The coffee was a good value and probably one of the best I’ve had in this area. It’s a great place to grab a quick bite and a drink on your travels. Don’t miss this place!”

I wish they could’ve heard all of the wonderful accolades from our guests on how wonderful their food was.Secondly, Character! They were well prepped, professional, and arrived on time. Here’s a very important part. A portion of our order was not utilized. And when I reached out about it, there was 100% accountability. And I was told by the owner when we were ready for the missing component. To just let them know. Well, it’s been about six months since our event. And we haven’t had a gathering large enough to justify reaching out until this beautiful Easter weekend ahead of us. Not only did the owner Remember us, but he hand-delivered what will be thoroughly enjoyed. come Easter Sunday. It’s hard nowadays to find true customer service, and to be valued as a customer. By this act, it only reinforces that we are committed for any of our functions requiring barbecue that Rossler’s bbq will be our only choice.”

“Great place!! We were in town to see Tom Segura and decided to stop here for some food and beer. Their food & beer was great! Try the buffalo chicken pizza flatbread and their dill pickle dip with chips and pretzels was yummy. The staff was very friendly. Loved the music they played which was some 80s and 90s. They had good seating inside and out. Wish we lived closer so we can hang out here because it’s definitely a great place to have a beer.”

Drove 20 minutes to find it, originally went to the wrong address, either an old location or still a food truck. . I didn't check as I wanted to dine-in. Got the think it's a game, so good!! “As I drove down the highway recently, looking for the exit where I knew there was a BRCC, I noticed that every other exit had a Starbucks. And though Starbucks has great tasting coffee, as a veteran and a patriot their values don't align with mine. When I made it to the BRCC, I was told that since it was past 2PM, the only cup of coffee they offer is "Just Black". Honestly, it was the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. As I passed all those Starbucks, I could see the drive throughs were packed. If BRCC is going compete, they're going to have to offer a better tasting cup of coffee... even if it's past 2PM. Starbucks serves a good cup the entire time their doors are open. I love some of your flavors BRCC, but let's not get cheap on the customer when others are willing to compromise their values for a cup of coffee.”

“Had a wonderful experience. The breakfast wasn’t great but the waffles I couldn’t get enough of. My two year old son ate a whole one by himself. They are perfect texture and consistency. I got the strawberry and cream and my husband got Elvis waffle. They have a bit of sweet crunch when you bite into them. Just delicious. When my husband comes back from work again we decided to come back just for the waffles and try some mimosas. Thank you for the wonderful gem of a restaurant.”

The salsa is a must.Their iced coffee is divine!The staff is welcoming and so friendly.We make a point to stop every time we drive through Salado.”

“This place has the best tasting Puerto Rican food in the area. It’s alittle more pricier than the others but I promise you it’s miles high better. The workers are really nice and the autosphere isn’t bad at all. For the prices they charge, they could probably make the restaurant look alittle nicer, but I’ll sacrifice that for the amazing food they serve.”
