“My date & I aren’t super familiar w/ Korean food but our server was great at answering all our questions & explaining everything. I ended up ordering the chicken katsu dish & man that was A LOT of chicken! Like 3 small cutlets breaded & chopped up. My date ordered the teriyaki chicken which was like either right above or below on the menu and it was not as much meat. My only “complaint” would be the busser seemed to have grievances w/ the owner & we could easily overhear & sense the tension & frustration between those two from our table a few feet away. That felt awkward. The busser was apparently upset that the owner regularly stays open later than advertised for customers who I guess don’t make it worth it. We were like the only table in there at that time & idk like could y’all take that into the kitchen rather than just outside where we hear it all. Also our server said all they had were like SMALL to-go boxes yet walked by w/ slightly bigger ones for a to-go order… why weren’t we allowed to get that size for our food yet a door dash order who doesn’t tip the restaurant directly(like a dine in table does) would? Seemed odd. We want to go back & try the korean bbq for real but we didn’t realize we have to order 2 meats & how much food it’d be so we want to come back to do that when we plan for all that food & can eat on it all weekend but we went on a Sunday when we were about to go back to work in different directions & didn’t want to deal w/ all that food to-go.”

“Very pleasant atmosphere with the old-style tin ceilings and nice woodwork. Friendly bartenders (and doorman.) Cheap drinks, the draft beer was ICE COLD and the restrooms were clean. We loved this place & plan to return.”

“A hidden gem on a serene country farm! This is such a quaint and wonderful place tucked away on a beautiful farm. The owners and staff are welcoming, the wines are fantastic and the vibe is casual and relaxed. They offer flights for wine tasting, glasses or bottles. I suggest trying a flight, enjoying a glass of your favorite and taking a bottle home with you to share (or not). Bonus points for sweet goats roaming outside and the friendly dogs looking for belly rubs. I really can’t say enough about this place - truly unique. Take a little drive out to the country and enjoy some local hospitality. Thanks Moose & Goose!”

“I had my wedding there last night and Ashley was the absolute best! She helped get every last detail planned out and had everything set up and taken care so I didn't have to worry about anything. I didn't have a photographer so she went ahead and played that part as well. Combined with the melted cheese and fresh ingredients, every bite was delicious. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into the food. This was easily one of the best lengua quesadillas I've had, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. “We tried Pustka Family BBQ for the first time this summer, and it quickly became one of those local spots we were happy to find! 🤎 We’ve had the brisket, ribs, potato salad, beans, and banana pudding, and that banana pudding was AMAZING. 🤤 But honestly, what made an even bigger impression on me was the kindness we experienced there. During a difficult time when my grandfather wasn’t doing well, we stopped in for food for him. The gentleman working there remembered us and made a point to check on my grandfather and ask how he was doing. It was such a small gesture, but during such a difficult time, it meant more than he probably realized. ❤️ Great BBQ, great people, and a local business we’re genuinely glad to support. “My guy and I stumbled across this place after hanging out at the Railroad Museum. Fell in love instantly! We sat at the bar. The layout was comfortable, the ordering system (computer) was unique to us but I loved the way we could choose, back up and go forward in all the areas. (Also, we didn't need our cheaters!) The food was delicious! My mushroom burger made me swoon! The grilled corn was out of this world and I am going to try later today to see if I can even come close! The fried green tomatoes were a hit and my guy really liked the polish sausage(?) with the chili topping. The beer was great! We settled on the IPA with the word grackle in it - sorry can't remember it exactly. We were so impressed (we were visiting from New England) that we went back the next day to watch the Patriots game and were surrounded by football fans that were fun to talk with and we stayed for a Dallas game afterwards. LOVED EVERY MINUTE WE WERE THERE! The bartender (s) were fun and easy to talk to. We tipped them well!”

Different days Different times yet the food was 100% consistently good. Prices are reasonable. The owner is very sweet. Ample Parking and a simple atmosphere. The portions of the pho are generous. Its operated by a Wonderful gentleman and lady, with bright smiles welcoming you throughout the day, in-between making some of the best corn tortillas, chicharrones, and various other items daily in Temple, TX.

Theres no menu, but the daily specials (meats, soups) are posted on a whiteboard.

They make limited quantities to ensure the freshness of their products and cooked meat, to go selections.
-Barbacoa & Carnitas made daily, sold by the pound.
-Birria made Thursday, Friday, Saturday, by the pound.
-Menudo made Friday and Saturday, sold by the cup, quart sizes.

Tortillas are naturally made with the best quality products.

Supermarkets, businesses that sell tortillas, etc that are full of nasty preservatives, chemicals and other ingredients you cannot pronounce.

I've seen her pick up trash outside in the parking lot, take orders in the rain, train employees in the window, and much more. I'm not sure who her manager is, but they should know she is an asset! “Always use the mobile ordering and mobile drive thru. It is so fast. One day I pulled up and there was a long line in the regular drive thru. I parked, made my online order, and went thru the mobile line way faster than everyone else in the regular line.

I did order a Mac n cheese in our kid's meal, and it came with fries instead. But I eat here all the time a day that is the first time I've come home missing something.”

His coworker had wrapped my sandwich incorrectly and he gave her feedback in a positive way, rewrapped it, and showed her how. It was something small, but the whole interaction was great to watch. “This place was amazing, I went in just to order a pizza but ended up staying for a buffet. The food was exquisite, the warmers were full of a wide variety of pizza to choose from and I was even able to get a personal pizza made for my table. The manager and owner are fantastic people and their employees did a fantastic job cleaning the dining area and providing excellent customer service the whole time I was there. I highly recommend Cicis for anyone hungry and looking for delicious pizza at a good price.
My favorite pizza was definitely the BBQ chicken with jalapenos, and the desserts were so good!”
