Had the Brisket BBQ Sandwich ?. Firehouse Subs recently opened in Temple TX so Google Maps made it slightly hard to find, even though you can see it right from the street. My experience here was good and my wife and I will be back to try more items from their menu.
Today was my very 1st visit ever to a Firehouse Sub location. I ordered in the drive thru a sweet and spicy meatball sub with Mac and cheese with jalapeños and onions. I thought I was in food heaven. The food was incredibly fresh, tasty, hot and served by wonderful, friendly employees. Give Firehouse subs a try next time you are in the area. There is a very large selection of subs, so I'm sure you'll find something to satisfy your taste buds.

I'm biased. I love Firehouse subs. For a while the only one "close" was out in Killeen. I'm super glad I don't have to go 30 minutes out of my way to get sandwiches. Firehouse fills the Quiznos shaped hole in my heart (oh how I miss that restaurant). I like hot subs and that's what they do. They do it really well IMO.
