I've seen her pick up trash outside in the parking lot, take orders in the rain, train employees in the window, and much more. I'm not sure who her manager is, but they should know she is an asset! Last time we went our order took longer than normal (still didn’t take too long tho) and the manager Brook B. Was incredibly kind, genuine and apologetic. She gave us two free desserts and a card. Very friendly and respectful. We are super appreciative of the hard work and kindness here!“

#13 – THE ORIGINAL ITALIAN - Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil, vinegar, and mayo.
The subs we’re made fresh and tasted delicious!

“Love Firehouse and the New York steamer. This particular day went through the drive through. Told them what I wanted. Was on the receipt. Sandwich came with things that I didnt request and things I asked to be removed. Was like the Sandwich maker forgot they were making someone else's meal and not there own. When I backed up to the window. Honked and knocked on the window... nothing. Had to drive around to go inside to get it fixed. Mod did fix and apologized.“

“Always use the mobile ordering and mobile drive thru. It is so fast. One day I pulled up and there was a long line in the regular drive thru. I parked, made my online order, and went thru the mobile line way faster than everyone else in the regular line.

I did order a Mac n cheese in our kid's meal, and it came with fries instead. But I eat here all the time a day that is the first time I've come home missing something.“

“We always have good food but we can see that the employees are overwhelmed almost always by themselves. We have been disappointed that there has not been sweet tea the past several times we have gone but again if the employees are too busy something has to give. Managers and owners need to do a better job.“
