“I don’t usually leave reviews but the service I received at this Chick fil A truly deserves recognition. I had a minor issue with my order and Brittany, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right. She personally hand delivered the corrected meal, gave a full refund, and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism.

That kind of customer service is rare these days, especially in fast food. Brittany didn’t just fix the problem she made me feel like a valued guest. You can tell this location takes pride in doing things right and it starts at the top.

I come here specifically for the Cobb Salad. It never misses. Always fresh, always consistent. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and they’re quick without cutting corners.

“We stopped by today 7/4 around 11am and a nice young man had let us know the grill wasn't up at the moment, but should be in about 15 minutes, and all of the other food was available. We opted to wait and I'm so glad we did. Everything we had was so good, fries, cheeseburgers, tenders, and sundaes! The place was clean including the restrooms. Staff was so accommodating of my son’s allergy needs (needing to avoid eggs and garlic) and the food was delicious! The high chairs provided even had a three point harness for our 18 month old (if you know, you know!! 🤪) Would definitely return next time we’re passing through Waco.“

“We stop here a lot when traveling down I-35. It's not usually for the food, but for the covered Playground for our toddler, the clean bathroom, and a chance to stretch our legs without wrangling a child from a parking lot. They always do an excellent job getting food out to us quickly.“

It’s more of a pick-up food place rather than a stay-and-eat place.Their strong suit is their chicken package with 1 whole chicken, rice, charro beans, tortillas, grilled onion, and salsas all for $20. It feeds about 4 grown hungry men and it’s a good deal. It is ready in about 3 minutes.The chicken has a good flavor of being grilled over coal. The rice is decent. The charro beans have good flavor. The salsas are good but the green one is especially good.The taqueria has a wide range of food. They also have a rib package which is a bit pricier than the chicken but still good and tender. The pupusas are good and made on the spot so it has a bit of wait time. Their fresh waters are good and huge. Their tamales are good sized if a bit lacking in taste.There is ample parking and wheelchair accessible.Try this place it’s really good, with a wide selection, and reasonably priced.“

“Honestly we came to the mall to make a build a bear on my sons birthday but this was all he could talk about. I wish we got the gentleman’s name but he honestly was such a kind soul and my son talked about this until he went to sleep. And I’m sure I will hear about it every time we go to the mall.“

“A rarity for a chick fil a but due to excessive wait at drive through I had to discount them on the service rating. My total wait time from pull up to pull off was about 25 minutes and we just got 2 drinks. The staff was friendly as usual from the 2 staff members standing out at at the hot drive through (98 degrees this day) to the staff delivering beverages. Many cars waiting in line at order point and then again at pick up. To their credit there was a lane for app orders which moved rather quickly. Once you are in the direct order lane and within 4 to 5th vehical in queue you are more or less a captive audience and tricky to change lanes to app orders which. Our order as the flavorful selection we expected but a once off on delivery.“

I came into this location for the second time since y’all opened a year ago. The first experience a year ago was horrific. Tonight when I got off work I said “I am going to give this Subway another chance” so I stopped and am 100% satisfied x a billion w the steadfast professionalism of Terrance Bachman !! The store is a reflection of his work ethic and should be very valued by the higher ups. He has turned this store around since my last time being here. His mannerism and communication skills are impeccable and he is the reason the store shines just as good as the floors do. Absolutely spotless - he wore his gloves - he asked us how we wanted our sandwich vs telling us what we should eat ! This young man is the beacon of light here and I’m telling everybody to come to this Subway location off of 19th St in Waco, TX !! And to Terrance, you will always make your mark wherever you go, because good people know good people ! your energy is spot on and any company would be happy to have you as a part of their team !! It's attached to a convenience store, and you have to use their bathrooms.

The women's bathroom looked horrible, it was filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

“I’ve never reviewed a meal online but I think everyone should know this about the Hewitt Pizza Hut. I’ve been ordering from this location since 2002. I always get the same thing (stuff crust, black olives, jalapeños, mushrooms with Canadian bacon but the pizza they gave me was imo….. PERFECTION!!. They always make a decent pizza but literally there was absolutely nothing that could be done to improve this pizza. Wasn’t greasy, not over or undercooked. Toppings didn’t fall off and not one single spot on this pizza showed any signs of burnt or black spots. I HOPE SOMEONE TOOK A PICTURE OF THIS PIZZA BECAUSE CORPORATE SHOW GIVE YALL AN AWARD! Really, great job guys! By far the best stuff crust pizza ever! Also, congrats on being my very first good review…. I hate wasting time but today was worth it.
