Drove up to this Waco establishment and thought ermagerd the line is so long….Thanks to Chick fil a we got through it so fast.The leadership is second to none and I’m amazed how they make high school kids be so damn good at customer service.I think they need to write a book because these kids are on point with manners, the mission and exceptional quality service.
We love this Chick fil a but it definitely isn’t wheelchair friendly. It’s impossible to access the handicapped parking and it’s hard to navigate around the tables that are too close together.

Everything was good and I would've given them. A 5 star rating except the parking lot is too small. There is hardly anywhere to park. If you wan eat inside, you have to park in Walmart. Parking lot chick filet is set up for almost all drive through.
