There was an error with my online order and when I sent the owner feedback, he graciously sent me the purchase price of my meal plus a little bit extra on a gift card. this is the way to take care of people and I will definitely return to Jason's deli again without a doubt! It’s probably the busiest Chickfila in Waco, but they have it down to a science to get customers through the drive thru quickly. The staff is courteous, confirms my order when they hand it to me, and have a good attitude. And the food is consistent from one visit to the next.
