FRIES:Most of what you get is pieces, under seasoned and sometimes even under cooked.Grilled chicken nuggets:Grizzly and just not very good consistently.Consistency is the real issue and the Ennis location really struggles with this.
Our family has been big chick-fil-a fans for quite some time, however the last 3 or so months haven't been up to par at all. I've had wrong orders many times and I really believe their fryers are cooking at too high of temps because the fries have been hard (well overcooked) every single time regardless of the time of day.
